Accommodations were lovely and quite charming. Davey and Ketti were very welcoming and friendly. We appreciated all their recommendations and the extra amenities they added were so nice. I would love to stay again.

Nick's unit is located in a very nice area of town and close to Queens University. It is clean and spacious, it worked well for three of us. Nick was prompt with his communication with us during our stay. Even though the unit is located on a lower level, plenty of natural light is able to get into the unit. We would recommend this to anyone and will stay here again in the future!

Terrific stay with just about everything you could possibly need including all lake/outdoor/fire pit/bbq/picnic accessories, plenty of new looking nice beach towels, throw blankets, sunscreen, insect repellent, even a very thoughtful s’more’s kit loved by the kids! Everything is clean, neat, tidy and labeled. The bed linens appeared new and beautiful and felt very fresh. The inside space is terrific and the outdoor space is spectacular. Lowes Foods nearby so very convenient. Coffee pods for the Keurig and many kitchen accessories are available, even first aid kit and various toiletries & supplies- very convenient! Diane is an extremely thoughtful host and very proactive. Everything you might need is easily within reach including wifi, games & puzzles and a smart tv with all the apps for the kiddos - just bring your favorite beachy/loungey clothes and a book to read on the lovely pier and you’re all set!

Ana’s place fit the bill for my needs. It offers a high degree of privacy and is quite spacious. I was able to sit and converse there with my brother for several hours before my check out time after we had met for breakfast in Marshville (at Ms Allie’s Cafe which I would highly recommend).

What a lovely place! Carla was a wonderful and was very helpful. We will definitely be renting this place again in the future.

David was amazing from the beginning. We stayed at his place to look at Charlotte as a possibility to move next year. David gave us recommendations and told us about some houses for sale nearby. There was a bottle of wine at perfect temperature for us, he gave us recommendations to eat and even let our dogs stay at the bnb so that we could celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was clean and organized. The bed and couch are very comfy and the pool looked to be clean (we didn’t get in). I dont have enough good things to say about our experience. One of the best bnbs we have stayed in a while. Thank you David!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described and looked better than the pictures. The location was perfect with easy access to I-77. I loved the thoughtful touches like coffee, candy/mints and a bottle of wine. I highly recommend this space.

This place was perfect. Loved that there was an ice maker and an iron and ironing board. so peaceful and beautiful. The back area had chairs to hang out and enjoy the trees and birds

Sara’s place was so peaceful with a wonderful view (inside the house and outside) of the lake. The inside is very comfortable and nicely decorated. The king bed was very comfortable as was the futon according to my son. Be aware the thermostat is controlled upstairs so you have to let them know if you want cooler or warmer, but they are quick to respond. Overall a relaxing getaway with a serene lovely location, yet still close to everything Charlotte has to offer! Highly recommend! Thanks Sara and Kevin!

Nicole was such a superb hostess! Very timely with her responses and super helpful when we needed directions and suggestions around the city. Her place is so light and clean. We loved the details down to the fresh flowers and welcoming sign! Would definitely stay again next time we visit Charlotte

We thoroughly enjoyed Sheila's place. It was a beautiful setting on the water. We saw some deer in the morning. Space was really nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub outside the door especially after a day of hiking and dancing. Thank you for sharing this lovely place.

This is a beautiful calm place to relax, and rest. The host are simply delightful. The space is well laid out and cozy, with a room dedicated to group activities, with plenty of games. There is plenty to do outside as well. There are many outdoor games, plenty of nature to explore. This is definitely a great place to land from the whirlwind busy life of today.

Vincent and Vianey were incredible hosts, very friendly, and have a truly great place to stay. This particular area of Charlotte is very nice, has everything you could ever want in close proximity, and is super convenient to get around. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

This home meet our exact needs. It was close to Lake Wylie, comfortable, clean, and exceptionally well kept. Preston showed off gracious hospitality! They also shared a bit of their world travels which we loved learning about as we looked around. He was also responsive and helpful for our questions. For our family of 4, attending a wedding, it was a wonderful place to rest. Thank you for hosting!

Lovely private apartment, beautiful modern bathroom and super comfortable bed . Great instructions and everything worked as said it would. Even a private parking space provided. Look forward to staying again soon . You can tell hosts care about guests .

I cannot say enough positive things about this home. It was spacious, clean, and had all of the conveniences. We spent every afternoon sitting out on the beautiful lawn and kayaking around the lake. The home came with all of the conveniences, and it was in a beautiful and super-convenient location. (We could get to restaurants and stores in less than 10 minutes, and our drive into Charlotte was only a half-hour). The property manager was also extremely responsive! E.g., when the outside bulb burned out, it was quickly replaced. We had two worries before arriving, and neither was an issue at all: (a) We were a little worried about staying on the first floor of someone else's home, but we couldn't even tell when the owners were home; and (b) We were a little worried that a first-floor apartment wouldn't be bright and sunny, but we couldn't have been more wrong. The home had huge windows and was bright and spacious. We would absolutely come back.

We recently stayed at this beautiful lake house and had a wonderful time, even though it rained during most of our visit. Unfortunately, the weather meant we couldn’t sit out on the deck and enjoy the lake like we had hoped, but the inside more than made up for it. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed (and more!) to feel comfortable and at home. It was the perfect place to unwind and disconnect for a bit. One of the unexpected highlights was the abundance of wildlife around the property, really peaceful to watch and added so much charm to the stay. And waking up to that view of the lake each morning was just stunning. Even with the rain, we felt completely recharged after our time there. Highly recommend!

Maggie communicates frequently and with all of the details you need! Her place was exactly as shown and was the perfect location/accomodations for my trip. One thing I saw in the reviews previous to booking were all of the comments about the spectacular shower. I can vouch for the fact that all of the comments were accurate!
