This is a great find in a great neighborhood. In my opinion it is an excellent mix of location, amenities and price. I was thinking about cancelling my apartment and just staying here full time. Very comfortable back yard patio and jacuzzi — private in a quiet beautiful street and neighborhood.

Marie was very friendly, helpful responded quickly. Her place was beautiful, peaceful, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We slept well. Marie’s place was perfect and we’d definitely stay there again if we’re in the area. We were in the area for a conference in Charlotte/Concord which was about 40 minutes away, but it worked out well.

Southern Charm always gets me. I really loved this little place. Central AC in there! I wish I could have asked more questions about who built it etc but super unique little place. Cindy was awesome highly recommend. The theater was LEGIT!

We had an excellent stay! The suite was cozy and had a wonderful atmosphere, full of thoughtful touches. By far the cleanest place i've ever stayed- hotels, AirBnb's, and short term rentals included. I had no issues during my stay, but for the few messages I did send during my stay, Jason's responses were super quick! The home is in a lovely location and was only a short drive from all of our plans. If available we'll be back here next year for the annual Hope for HIE 5k!

We felt right at home in this peaceful little place! The photos describe the area perfectly! Everything was clean and welcoming! It is a great location to many parts of NODA as well as easy commutes to other areas of Charlotte. We definitely cannot recommend this stay enough.

Ok. WOW! Probably one of the best Airbnb rentals I’ve had (and I use Airbnb a lot). So much to say. The accommodations: perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable. AC was cold (like I like it) and the kitchen was stocked with all that you’d need. The bathroom was well stocked as well. The space was so well thought, every need is met (extra towels, extra sheets, high chairs, pack n plays, toiletries), even the fan had a “white noise” setting. I’ve never seen that before and loved it. The location: perfection. The neighborhood is so nice! And walkable. There are SO MANY restaurants and stores near by, you don’t have to go far for food. The home was also perfectly located, close to the interstate and a fabulous park (Freedom Park). Lastly, the owners. Had the pleasure of meeting and running into Matt twice during our stay and he was so friendly and nice! Kept asking if there was anything I needed I can’t say enough how great this space is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Highly recommended! Laurie and Phil were fantastic hosts. Windy Hill is a truly awesome place and was one of our best Airbnb experiences to-date. The property is absolutely stunning, and the accommodations were perfect. It was extremely peaceful, comfortable and clean with lots of attention to the kinds of details that make your stay much more enjoyable and relaxing. The location could not have been better for our 3-night stay. This will be our #1 choice for all future trips to Charlotte!

I cannot say enough positive things about this home. It was spacious, clean, and had all of the conveniences. We spent every afternoon sitting out on the beautiful lawn and kayaking around the lake. The home came with all of the conveniences, and it was in a beautiful and super-convenient location. (We could get to restaurants and stores in less than 10 minutes, and our drive into Charlotte was only a half-hour). The property manager was also extremely responsive! E.g., when the outside bulb burned out, it was quickly replaced. We had two worries before arriving, and neither was an issue at all: (a) We were a little worried about staying on the first floor of someone else's home, but we couldn't even tell when the owners were home; and (b) We were a little worried that a first-floor apartment wouldn't be bright and sunny, but we couldn't have been more wrong. The home had huge windows and was bright and spacious. We would absolutely come back.

This space was absolutely beautiful! The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. It had beautiful views of the lake and was very peaceful and quiet. Mark and his wife, Lisa, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The dock on the lake was a perfect location to enjoy the water and beautiful views. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you!

Dawn's unit met my needs for a place to rest my head a few days while in Hickory for work. The platform twin beds was a unique setup and made for a nice atmosphere especially with all the lights. The garden was very lovely with spring flowers. The unit is around back of the host's house through a the garden with the bottom stair into the unit slightly higher than normal so I would not recommend this stay for anyone with mobility limitations or who cannot carry their suitcase/belongings.

We had such a great time staying at the Eagle's Nest! Dan and Marney were super welcoming and made us feel right at home, starting with a thoughtful tour of the place when we arrived. The dock was our favorite spot to wind down in the evenings—gorgeous lake views, a nice steady breeze, and it was so fun and relaxing to catch fish right from the dock. Hope we can come back soon!

Carla was a very thoughtful host. There were snacks, bottled water, coffee and teas with honey, even half and half for the coffee. She provided firewood and skewers for roasting marshmallows. She helped us find the best restaurants with great local recommendations. We even met her dog when we first got there so that everyone was on good terms (no barking, etc.) It's was very easy to have a relaxing weekend at her place.

A serene outdoor space is framed by tall trees and lush greenery. Wooden bridges and pathways wind through the area, while soft lighting from hanging bulbs creates a gentle ambiance. A small stream can be seen flowing alongside decorative stonework, adding a peaceful element to the scenery.

Jill and Chuck were incredibly nice people They were very responsive I unfortunately was with bad company and feel terrible about how she left .. They opened their home and the fact that it was left like that was crazy. However Both Jill and Chuck were understanding and showed grace. I learned a lesson you can not trust everybody bad company makes you bad company.. I would recommend them to anybody again I’m truly apologetic on her behalf… I’ve never been in a situation like this and everyone of my stays have been 5 stars I still feel horrible about it .. But they were great Host and the house is beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at Garrett‘s place in Plaza Midwood! The house was super cute and Garrett was wonderful. The area is beautiful and very walkable. Lots of great restaurants and beautiful murals! The house is very old, so you have to be okay with a little rustic charm. We thought it was perfect! Garrett checked in with us midway through our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Nick’s place was just as described in the photos. Nick is an excellent host and gives prompt responses immediately. This place was not only peaceful and quiet but also spotless clean. I would definitely recommend this place and give it 10 stars. The next time I’m visiting NC, it’s a no brainer that I will be staying here again!

It’s far enough for suburb charm, but just a 20+ drive to downtown town… it’s even located with a small drive to a few nature preserves for a hike. Overall lower apartment was private, tasteful, great setup and quiet for the most part.

I spent two very enjoyable nights at the lodge. It was very well appointed and had everything I needed. The mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. This was one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at in the China Grove area. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back into town for business, but if I was this would be a top choice.

We thoroughly enjoyed Sheila's place. It was a beautiful setting on the water. We saw some deer in the morning. Space was really nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub outside the door especially after a day of hiking and dancing. Thank you for sharing this lovely place.

Fantastic stay! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The house was gorgeous and clean! Loved the interactive special surprise in the bedroom. The Airbnb is about 10-15 minutes away from restaurants and things to do, but far enough for peace and relaxation in nature. The hosts live on beautiful land that overlooks a small lake! Very picturesque! We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area!

The space was accurately described by James. Super easy to find with a covered carport park under. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot for a shower immediately. There was a washer dryer conveniently available as we needed to use it. The refrigerator was stocked with bottle water. Overall we had a great experience at James Airbnb.

Gail and Dave were amazing hosts. They were warm and welcoming and greeted us in person when we arrived. Everything was just as she described. The backyard was picturesque and just as warm and welcoming as the basement. It is by far one of the most spacious and comfortable homes for an Airbnb. Charity’s place is great! So cozy, but not cramped. I had everything I needed and then some — she has truly thought of all necessities that would be useful to prepare small meals. I was attending a small weekend education course and was very centrally located to everything I needed in Mooresville. Would highly recommend!
