We loved staying here! Monica was super responsive and helpful. Everything was super clean and as described. It felt very private and we had our own entrance and driveway. It did not feel like a carriage house and was private and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

This is a great find if you want to be near uptown, but not pay the crazy prices for hotel parking. Spacious carriage house that is kept very clean and tidy. It's in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that feels very safe. We stayed overnight for a concert and the airbnb is a quick 10 minute ride to Uptown. Perfect for a couple. My only complaint was the bed, which is on the softer side, so if you prefer a firmer mattress like me, something to keep in mind.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here and really enjoy the ease of getting in and out and the atmosphere. It’s perfect for visiting our family. Very nice!

Michael’s place was perfect. From the clean place and great amenities to the responsiveness and friendliness of the host, you are guaranteed to enjoy your stay. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice and I will be sure to check out that park across the street the next time I stay here!!

Joel's Peace Refuge. The singing of the birds, the squirrels, the flowers, the sunlight through the trees, the decor inside the woow house!!... every detail is a beautiful and careful work. Drinking the morning coffee on the swing under the tree, for me... priceless, or drinking a snack after a long sunset hike was a total relaxation. The spaces within the house sufficient for two people. Comfort and comfort, everything you need to feel at home. The availability of Joel always kind, I was happy that Harry was coming to say hello, he is a good lord dog! ... we like to walk so a few steps you get everything you need to enjoy your stay. but if you have a car they can mobilize wherever they want, it is a privileged location, it was 17 wonderful days. If we visit Charlotte, the best and safest thing to do will be...? Return to "Joel's Peace Refuge". Thank you very much. Goodbye friend!

Quiet Cozy little space with almost all accommodations necessary for a short stay except for an oven. It was a little difficult to see from the road at first but easy to spot after that! The host was very kind and quick to respond to any messages. 20 minute drive into downtown charlotte and close to other fun places outside of the city. The space is placed over a garage but we never had any issues with that. I’ll definitly stay again if I ever need to be near charlotte.

I stayed at Elizabeth’s listing for a week when in town for meetings in Uptown and South End. It was the perfect location! Easy 10 minute drive into the city in an area that felt very safe and peaceful. Proximal to many great restaurants and neighborhoods as well. The unit itself was extremely clean and spacious. It was the perfect place for me to set up a temporary base and de-stress after a long day. Elizabeth even provides an electric griddle and mini oven for the kitchen! It was great to have the option to cook for myself. She is extremely responsive and clearly cares about the type of atmosphere and experience she creates for her guests.

Great place for 2 people. All the little extra things are here and place is very comfy.

This is our third year spending Memorial Day weekend at Scott’s Airbnb and we will definitely keep coming back year after year. Scott goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. His place is so peaceful and conveniently located to everything we enjoy doing. It honestly feels like our home away from home. We love staying there.

An absolutely gorgeous place to stay in a peaceful neighborhood, in a very convenient location! Came for an event at the football stadium, and it was only 9 minutes away from where we parked. The room and yard are gorgeous and charming. Very pleased with our experience.

This was the most perfect place for our small family of 2 to stay for a weeklong event nearby. My five year old says “Ya gotta try the trampoline, it’s so good!” We loved having access to their outdoor space and also loved being inside. We felt safe, comfortable, happy, and excited about what a perfect fit it was for us. It’s super clean and modern and beautiful. The shower is amazing - lots of hot water, great pressure. The bed is so comfortable. It helped to have laundry right there, plus dishwasher. They literally thought of everything to help us feel at home. Can’t wait to stay again!

My wife and I stayed for only two days with our two dogs, we wish we had had the time to have stayed longer. The cottage is located on a quiet street with quick access to local restaurants and the nearby highway. Beautiful neighborhood, the type that you'd want to move to. If we ever plan another trip to Charlotte this home will certainly be the first one we'd try to book with.

This place is super clean and in an amazing location. The instructions, cleanliness, and privacy were WAY better than average. We were impressed, and I am a bit OCD and meticulous in my cleanliness (critical care RN). Joshua was available, professional, and friendly. We did not need a thing. This place was perfect for our stay! We would most definitely stay here again.

An amazing stay, Jeremy was attentive and responded quickly. stayed a few days within an hour of home to just unplug and relax and this was the perfect place. Would definitely stay again!

Dan’s place was perfect for us and our two dogs. He was very responsive and friendly and the place was exactly as described. We especially appreciated the true walkability to the stadium (20ish minute walk) during which we felt safe the whole time and the majority is away from major roads. I would definitely stay at one of Dan’s properties again!

We absolutely loved this place! It has everything you need and is extremely convenient to get to downtown Charlotte but far enough away that you don’t have to deal with the busyness of the city. There was nothing we wanted for or wished we would have had at this beautifully designed home, the bed was probably one of our favorites it was extremely comfortable!! Would highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again!
