Enjoy easy access to Charlotte, but feel like you are far from the chaos of the city in this centrally located haven. There is a jacuzzi with lakefront views for use by our guests. The house is lakefront and has 3 adult kayaks, 4 kid size kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and life jackets of various sizes for use as well. You can also swim and fish off the dock. Please check NC fishing laws. There is a marina located directly across the lake from the house that you can rent a pontoon boat from.

We are walking (or biking) distance from Veteran's Park offering tennis, hiking trails, sand volleyball, soccer and a wonderful playground for the kids. You can also fish on the property (catch and release), firepit/ grill out, ax throwing, corn hole and kayak or canoe on the pond!

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. The Cottage on Lake Wylie

Sit back, relax and enjoy this cozy waterfront cottage surrounded by windows and gorgeous views of Lake Wylie. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and plenty of space for relaxing. Good times await from the dock with the swimming ladder and floats. Rent a boat and explore the shoreline, or bring fishing poles for some old-fashioned fun and relaxation. Or just kickback and enjoy the wildlife and serenity from one of the two outdoor areas, complete with comfortable chairs, deck and boat dock.

The home boasts professionally designed spaces inside and out, perfect for gathering with friends and family.
