Great location with amenities in the building you can use. We were close to downtown and the ballparks- all easy to walk to. Clean and comfortable space that was perfect for the weekend.

The place was as described and much much more. The lake was beautiful and peaceful even though we were there over Thanksgiving and the weather wasn’t the greatest but it was warmer than Ohio. Had a slight hiccup with the code to get in but Marla was there real quick to help us out. She went above and beyond to give us suggestions where to eat and where to explore since we never been to the area. I would highly recommend Marla’s lake house. We can’t wait to go back. Beautiful setting with lots of things to do. Dogs are great. Lake is lovely. Kayaks are nice. Lore cared a lot that we were happy during our stay.

This place is nothing short of IMPRESSIVE!! The pictures do not do this condo justice! The location was incredible and the condo has it all! The place was cozy and decorated extremely well with no details forgotten! The view was amazing from the balcony that not only overlooked the lake, but the pool as well. There is great lake side restaurant that is definitely the locals favorite hot spot to dine and you can just walk over from the condo which is a huge perk! If you are looking for a well updated place to kick back and relax, this is the one for you! Thank you Lisa and Debra for the fantastic accommodations!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The unit had anything you could possibly need. Was great not having to run to the store to get this or that as they already had everything available. Very clean!

I had a long term stay at this Airbnb and it was fantastic! Anthony and his wife were extremely kind and always made sure everything was to my liking. The property is beautiful with the Airbnb suite being well furnished, clean, and had all that I needed! I would reccomend anyone to stay here.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful lake house! The property is absolutely stunning—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to relax and recharge. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. We truly didn’t want to leave and would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene lakefront getaway!

Our family had a great time staying on Lake Norman! We got to enjoy the kayaks, we caught fireflies, roasted marshmallows, the beds were comfortable, we made some meals at the place so we didn’t have to eat out the whole trip. The location is accessible to Charlotte and also able to enjoy Lake Norman and the surroundings.

Amir was very helpful and easy to deal with. We requested an early check in and he was very willing to accomadate us. The house was clean and very well appointed. The setting is beautiful.

Dean’s home was absolutely spectacular. Breathtaking view of the lake, very well decorated, clean, and large enough to accommodate our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. He went above and beyond by getting balloons, flowers and a cake that I had requested for my mother‘s birthday. We would definitely stay there again. It is worth your time to check out.

Our family of 6 stayed in this beautiful home for a long weekend in May. Each morning, we woke up and enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee on the screened in porch that offers a beautiful view of Lake Wylie. Our family shared many meals together at the large dining room table and shared even more laughs watching each other attempt to paddle board, use the kayaks and tube off the back of our families boat. This home is newly renovated and offers three clean and comfortable bedrooms and two beautiful, spacious bathrooms. The large kitchen was perfect for home cooked meals during our stay. If you ask our goldendoodles, their favorite part was the fenced in yard as it brought them freedom that most Airbnb’s lack! We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again next year.

Lindsey’s place was perfect for our stay in Charlotte!! Beautiful lakeside location. Great dock to swim from along with kayak, canoe, etc. The house was very well maintained, clean and very private. We will definitely stay here when we visit Charlotte again.

This house is exactly as pictured! Very spacious! And the lake view is beautiful. Mike was very responsive to all our needs.

The villa is so comfortable and nicely decorated. Beautiful location. We love sitting on the patio. Katie is so easy to work with. Highly recommend this villa. This is our second stay and we will definitely stay there again.

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

We absolutely loved this condo! Very homey & comfortable. One room also had a twin bed in addition to the queen bed. The patio overlooked the pool and marina/harbor and a restaurant, which was less than a 5 minute walk. It was a beautiful area to walk the dog. Yes, you can see & hear I-77 from the patio & pool but could not hear it from inside the condo. Downtown Davidson & Harris Teeter (grocery store) was less than 5 minutes away. We would absolutely stay here again! Such a beautiful area!

This stay was everything I hoped for and more. The furniture throughout the home was incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The decor struck a beautiful balance between stylish and cozy, creating a space that felt both thoughtfully designed and welcoming. One of the highlights was definitely the porch. The views were beautiful —perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening—and the outdoor furniture was just as inviting as the interior. Every detail was curated for comfort and beauty. I would absolutely stay here again.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!
