We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cozy. The home is beautiful and full of any amenity you could want. We felt right at home and appreciated all it had to offer, whether we were spending the day hanging around or soaking up the sun at a local beach. After a refreshing dip in the pool we took a short walk to the nearby park and saw one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable. Bryan was so responsive, friendly and accommodating, from our initial booking all the way through checkout. It is obvious that he wants his guests to have a fantastic experience and memorable stay, and we surely did!

Inessa’s home in North Port was absolutely stunning! The house was pristine, with a quaint and beautiful layout, spotlessly clean. The pool was a magnificent highlight, and the home was well-equipped with plenty of towels, washcloths, coffee, tea, silverware, dishware, and cooking utensils. They even left water in the fridge for us! The king-size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even better. Shops were close by, and Inessa was super responsive and easy to reach. We highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for something very nice and cozy! We stayed at this Airbnb for four nights while celebrating my grandma’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful—ideal for relaxing and spending quality time with family. We especially appreciated the cozy outdoor space where we could sit and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Our host was responsive and kind, making check-in and communication a breeze. We felt right at home the entire time. If you’re looking for a clean, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay, this is it. Highly recommended—we’d definitely come back!

We had such an amazing, relaxing week. The house, location & weather were all perfect. We spent a majority of our time outside in the very warm pool enjoying the view overlooking the canal...so peaceful. Danielle was very accommodating & fast to respond to any concerns or questions that we had. We have stayed at a few places in the area, we will definitely be returning here. Rebekkah’s place was the IDEAL location for us to attend dog Agility Competitions at Bratty Paws Dogplex. Although not a fenced in yard, there’s plenty of grassy areas in the common area for our dogs to potty. We did have a temporary hot water issue in the Master bathroom which was resolved. Even though out of state, Rebekkah is immediately responsive to all messages. Upon returning in the afternoon, the house temp was 80+ and A/C took a while to cool it off. A ceiling fan in the main living area would have helped. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This home exceeded our expectations! From the Easter eggs hidden around the house upon check-in for the holiday to the basket of snacks to the beach chairs and umbrella- we had everything we could possibly want. The neighborhood was very quiet which made morning coffee on the canal so relaxing. The house is close to everything and we loved exploring the area. Highly recommend!

Melissa's listing was very nice and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans worked great. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had good water pressure. There was lots to do in Venice and a drive to Sarasota was at most an hour. It was also nice that beach items were supplied, such as chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. The house was also in a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe at all times. I would definitely recommend to others!

Sabina was fantastic to work with. She came over herself to fix a pool issue. Resolved the issue quickly. Very nice.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was filled with fun activities for the whole family, keeping everyone entertained and happy. The amount of attention to detail throughout the lovely home is thoughtful and appreciated. The exceptional hospitality and care given to think of everything one could need to enjoy their stay was thought of. Grace and her staff were attentive and caring while showing respect for our time by providing detail instructions, communication and prompt with follow up. They were accommodating to us and our travel needs. I rather enjoyed the extra detail and touches around the home that stood out to me as going above and beyond!

We had a peaceful stay at Cliff’s house. It is a big place with great amenities. Cliff was attentive and quick to respond to any inquiry. He accommodated us and was flexible with move in/moving out timeframe. We enjoyed our time there. Thanks!

Very impressive. It was nice and peaceful. A great place to stay with kids. The house is fully stocked. They even have kids toys and toys and floats for the pool.

Great place any concerns I had were taken care of in timely manner

The place was perfect for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. We used the boat to go to the sandbar and relaxed while grilling in and around the pool in the evenings. Herby was responsive and very helpful with everything asked. We will be staying again soon!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Luke was an outstanding host — incredibly friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His instructions for the home were clear and easy to follow. The house itself was perfect — spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. Every detail was carefully considered. The highlight of our trip was definitely the beautiful views and sunsets, along with relaxing by the pool and enjoying the hot tub — it was absolutely breathtaking and exactly what we needed to unwind.
