only thing is there was like 1 laundry tab 1 dish tab 2 trash bags they want ya 2 clean up but nothing 2 do it with .....so it wasnt provided an it was waterer down this dish soap an laundry soap had water in them as someone had refilled the bottles an its was only $1 tree items 2 began with so make sure you have extra or go shopping otherwise everything was WONDERFUL peaceful spacious it was a great time had 2 weird times someone i think the owner came an stopped by 2 xs. an was watching us on the Camaras was a lil weird if i must say please let people know your stopping by before you peep your head around the corner even if your staying a few houses down

We loved the house and how peaceful the neighborhood is. Great location near many restaurants and shopping, but still had a quiet stay. I would recommend having a rental car. The house was very clean and pictures are accurate. We enjoyed the lanai with comfortable seating, pool and hot tub. I would stay here again.

We had an incredible week in this lovely, inviting, relaxing slice of paradise!! Responsive and friendly hosts, lovely landscaping, private lanai with nice chaise lounge chairs and waterfall hot tub and pool! We were outside enjoying it every day. Comfortable sitting areas, beds, kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and pans we needed to make several meals. Location was great for walks. It exceeded expectations each day! Very nice place we stayed there while doing some night work for Lee county utility. Place was clean and cozy beds were comfortable over all would not hesitate to use again

Great vacation at Mikes! (Again!) Very nice home in a very nice neighborhood with a very nice pool and hot tub. We have rented from Mike a few times and honestly, I would never rent in Florida from anyone else. The property is as advertised and anything you might need is one text message away. I Highly recommend this house as well as any of Mike’s other properties. The peace of mind, knowing that if you have a question, it will be answered, if you have a glitch, it will be fixed, and that the house will be spotless, is priceless.

Beautiful home and perfect for our family. We loved the pool! We will recommend to friends and family who are looking for a Florida getaway. Nearby to shops/restaurants/grocery stores.

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

A very peaceful condo with a great view. Easy walk to the beach or sit on the comfy balcony and enjoy the view. The condo was very cute but spacious. It’s also a short walk to the nearest restaurant with entertainment. The island is still working to recover from the devastating hurricanes but this place was a slice of heaven. Also very good communication.

We spent the month of March at this home and enjoyed the experience. With only solar heat we were afraid we wouldn’t use the pool but it was great and enjoyed lots of floats. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor area and beautiful canal views. Everything looked like the pictures. We loved the quiet neighborhood too

Our visit at Adam and Mirka’s place was great; quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors and walkable with almost no traffic. Their house was very clean and well taken care of. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the grill was perfect for a BBQ. When I sent questions, Mirka was very quick in her response. Our dogs loved ‘hunting’ for the lizards in the fenced back yard and kept Augi busy for long periods of time. No worries though, he never caught one. The surrounding area is wonderful for taking bike rides. My husband ‘found’ and ‘created’ many excursions for us to take that usually amounted to 13-15 miles - just perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. We would definitely like to rent Adam and Mirka’s place again if/when we vacation in Venus, FL again. We had a wonderful time!

The place was nice. The only frustrating part was not having a washer and dryer for a few days and was stressing on our vacation about it. The host did let me know a few days before our stay and said it would be fixed. We got there on the 20th and it finally got fixed on the 24th. Other than that bump in our vacation everything was good. I’m just thankful Patricia was on top of it. The pool was cold when we got there but she told us how to heat it up and it was so nice to swim in a warm pool at night. My kids and I caught a stingray, catfish and a couple other ones on the canal. Got some shrimp a few miles away. We also saw a dolphin swim by! It was really relaxing sitting by the pool watching the boats go by in the morning. We are about 30 mins to Fort Myers. It depends on the traffic. There is everything you need with in a few miles. If you want a good pasta place to go check out TWO MEATBALLS IN THE KITCHEN. We loved that place!

My family really enjoyed staying here. The kids loved the heated pool and all of the pool and beach toys included. The house was very clean and in a great location. Dawn is very responsive when messaging her, often responding no more than a minute or two. We really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely consider staying next spring break if it is available!

The home was very spacious and comfortable. Because I do a lot of cooking, I was grateful the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, baking glassware, and lots of cooking utensils. The rest of the house was also well-stocked--plenty of towels, sheets, beach towels, etc. The lanai area had plenty of seating and was a great area to hangout around the pool. We had family visit for a week and the kids (and adults) loved the pool. Jennifer was great to work with--good communicator, very knowledgeable and helpful.

We stayed at John's home for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. John was an excellent and thoughtful host and the place was just as presented in the photos. The home was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the pool was great! We also appreciated John checking in with us during our stay to make sure we were enjoying our time there and had what we needed. We would definitely return.

This house was perfect for our family vacation, it had everything in it, that you could possibly need especially the kitchen and the pool area I have never seen such a well-stocked kitchen, and the grandkids loved all the pool toys and accessories We are definitely going to make this our yearly vacation designation !!!!

Hi. I wish we were able to enjoy the house more. We came for a baseball tournament and literally just used the house for sleeping. House is ideal with two large families. Pool was clean and heated to 85. I would book again.

One of my most Favorite places in the world to stay! 3rd time!! Kevin is a wonderful host. He is very easy to get ahold of and will always provide useful information as well as things to see or do in the area. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. Exceptionally clean and everything you can think of that you will need is there and then some. Neighbors are very friendly and you will feel safe. You will even see the famous Cape Coral Burrowing Owls!! Definitely has become one of my "Happy Places!" Can't wait to return! ❤️

Tom's place is beautifully furnished, comfortable, and spacious. It has everything you need to prepare meals. We used the pool everyday. Living on the canal was peaceful and relaxing. Tom is a great host and very responsive. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to returning next year.
