Apartment vacation rentals in Charlotte Harbor

This accomodations was very clean. We stayed for 3 1/2 weeks. We cooked many of our evening meals in the unit and found it adequately stocked with cooking utensils and tablewear for my wife and I. We had some difficulty with the cable system early on and April responded quickly. Her property manager visited and was able to remedy the problem. We did have some challenges with the Heating/Cooling system, but I suspect that was more of an operator issue. Both April and Carolina, her property manager, tutored us though. The unit is well located with fine restaurants nearby. It was in a quiet neighborhood, except for the relatively frequent emergency vehicle sirens. (The unit is located a couple blocks from a major fire house). We found the patio very comfortable and spent much time there. It was really a plus that there was a laundry facility on site. Not in the unit itself, but in another building on the property. We rate both the host and the property highly and would stay again.

We LOVED this space! It was very clean and recently renovated. It’s bigger than the pictures show. Teresa does a great job communicating back quickly with anything I needed. Bed was comfy, more than enough parking, a hose outside to wash sand/salt water off, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand rakes, and sifters to use for shark tooth hunting at the beach (I bought a floating sifter off FB Marketplace). Only a 10 min walk to the beach. We would drive to the beach in the AM with our equipment and walk back to eat lunch in the Airbnb, so not to deal with parking at the beach once it became crowded. The unit had everything we needed! Publix grocery store and Walmart is 10 mins away. We will absolutely be back next year! Thank you Teresa!

Mercedes & Luis were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. The unit was very clean, comfortable and in a good neighborhood. The pool and sitting area was done very nicely with adequate seating for shade and sun.

It was such a wonderful experience. The privacy & peacefulness was a great combination to energize the spirit. The instructions and descriptions on the profile were accurate, property was easy to find too. It was a friendly and an enjoyable environment. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay at Debra’s place. We were there for over 2 months, while we looked for our own home and she was always quickly available to answer any questions. She was very helpful navigating our stay with 2 hurricanes! We did leave for two nights , but she was great about letting us know everything was safe for our return. Lovely home in a nice neighborhood, quiet, with lots of close restaurants and stores! We enjoyed watching golfers play. I highly recommend Debra’s place! Thank you Debra. This is my 2nd time staying here & it’s my favorite place to stay when I’m in Ft. Myers. Short walk to the downtown restaurants, bars & shops. There is a Publix one block away. The apartment is spacious & the bed is very comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay.

It was a perfect place to stay for two people a little too warm for us. But we did enjoy ourselves with the surrounding areas lots of fun areas to go to and close.

This was a wonderful “home away from home” for my weekend hockey tournament in Estero. It was only 25 minutes from the ice rink and we passed Fenway South when driving back and forth. Lots of food options nearby. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to booking again if we travel down this way in the future.

My son and his best friend stayed in Unit A recently and had a terrific time. Unit A is nicely appointed and updated, and was very comfortable for the 3 of us. We especially enjoyed the updated kitchen and the nice deck right out the front door. The deck is a super peaceful place to sit, and we saw many different birds from there including nesting Ospreys and a large American Egret that landed right on the deck railing while we were out there. The common area amenities are fantastic - table tennis, bean toss, and a super nice area to grill out and enjoy the space with friends or our neighbors in the same building as we did several times. We had such a good time that we're planning a return trip next year. Very highly recommended!!

We are still here and loving it! Perfect weather and perfect location in a historical location near Downtown Fort Myers. We have extended for an additional week and will likely extend after that (weather permitting)! Thank you Illka, Dave, and Zach (Theo and Sara too) 🙏🏻🙏🏻

We've stayed at Indigo at the Beach for spring break two years in a row with our daughters. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and downtown. Corinna and Tim are super nice and communicative. And the place is spotless and has all the fixings for a day at the beach, a home cooked meal, or anything else you'd want to do on vacation. The pool is also lovely.

Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Great location for walking to The River District (10 minutes) 20 minute drive to beach. A Publix 2 blocks away. We were very impressed by the beautiful shared yard. Cleo is very accommodating. we will definitely be booking again soon.

Great place in a great location, very walkable to restaurants/bars/shops. Outdoor pool area was a wonderful place to relax. Bit of a walk to get to actual unit from the entrance.

Mitch was a superb host and very responsive. The condo was very clean and as described as in the Airbnb listing. We enjoyed the Heritage Landing community and would pick this place again!! Thanks Mitch!!!

Te was an amazing host. I had a couple questions before we even checked in, and she answered us very promptly. I loved the Zen Boho very chill spot looking out at the little garden oasis was very peaceful. We took advantage of the hot tub, which was nice very tranquil setting. We would definitely return..

the Sweeneys were great! we stayed here during a hunting trip at Babcock ranch preserve, its 20 minutes straight down the road. the house is only 5 minutes from a Winn Dixie and a gas station in case you forgot anything, the beds were comfy, the washer and dryer work perfectly, the shower and bathroom were perfect as well. very pleased with sandy's place and if we end up back in that part of town again I will be sure to book it again!
