Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Charleston Harbor

We needed a last minute accommodation in Mt Pleasant and this house was perfect. Kitchen offered everything we needed and more. My elderly mom travelled with us so the first floor bedroom was a lifesaver. Rain head shower after a very long Saturday (during which we surprised our Daughter at her marriage proposal) was much appreciated! I recommend this home for a family or even 3 couples traveling together. Pull-out sofa bed was comfy too.

This is exactly what we were looking for! As a couple who was out and about most of the trip, we didn’t need a place that was too big. This was the perfect, cute, well kept little spot in a beautiful, quiet area. Its location was perfect for us. We were very close to both Charleston, Sullivans Island beach, and also discovered many fun things to do and delicious places to eat in the Mt. Pleasant and Shem Creek area.

We had such a great time staying here for our girls trip this past weekend! The place was super cute, very clean, and had a cozy, homey vibe that made us feel right at home. The host was wonderful—responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this spot if you're heading to Charleston!

Brandon was an outstanding, responsive host. The Cayman was so clean, you’d never know there was a dog in there. We usually travel with our dog, but didn’t on this trip and wish we did. First thing we all noticed upon entering was how fresh smelling and spotless things were. We loved the outdoor patio. It was an awesome spot to kick back & watch some games with some adult beverages, grill and not have to drive anywhere. Very private. We took advantage of the beach chairs to Isle of Palms & Sullivans. And loved the outdoor shower post beach. The bedrooms had adequate space and were immaculate. Nice to have 1 1/2 bathrooms + outside shower. Bathrooms nice & up to date. Kitchen is very nice,up to date, and not lacking. Easy access to roads, and close to a lot. Probably one of the nicer houses in the neighborhood, and exceptionally quiet. Would highly recommend.

StayDuvet is extremely responsive to any issue. We had a slight problem with our TV and a representative came by in very short order to help us fix it. Everyone we contacted was helpful and quickly responsive. That quick response goes a long way to preserve and enhance the guest relationship and experience. We will book through them again.

Great stay at Erin and Zack’s place. Perfect location outside of downtown in a nice neighborhood with great restaurants and shopping. Beautiful outdoor space and large bonus room where we spent most of our time. Though I will say that since it’s an older home that’s been renovated, it does have some quirks. But Zack communicated well when we had some questions about how some things in the house worked. Overall, highly recommend

Erikatina’s place was a great little space to stay for our time to explore Charleston. She was always very quick to respond to any questions. If we’re ever back in Charleston we’ll try to rent her place again.

Brett’s place was just as described in the material. Instructions were clear and straight forward. This is a great location within walkable distance of everything downtown. Especially liked the 3pm check-in and 11 checkout. Will be coming back to this one, just hope it’s available.

We loved our stay at Tim’s place! It had the charm of the historic homes in Charleston while being modern. It had a comfy homey feel. It was walking distance to king street, the battery, etc. while still being quiet and private! Also centrally located by car to mount pleasant, shem creek, Sullivans island, folly beach and more! It had an off street parking space with an ev charger. Tim had nice little touches, including some snacks, coffee, and complimentary bottle of wine that we enjoyed on the front patio by the fountain! We will definitely be staying again when we head back to Charleston!

Efficient size BnB for two people, I would stay here again. I mostly booked it for the pool. Pool is technically for three of the properties AirBnB’s. I did have it to myself two times and shared it once, which was no big deal. Nice couple from Michigan. It was great for a quick dip while my girlfriend was getting ready. Location was perfect for a four day weekend to Charleston and only two blocks from King Street to start shopping. Breakfast/Coffee try Holey City Bagel (8/10) (order online, line gets loooooong) and dinner eat Italian at Indaco (9.2/10) (two blocks away)

Stayed here for 4 nights with 6 adults total for a wedding weekend! Pros: The place was clean & bright, & the backyard was really nice! The unit had great AC & the beds were comfortable. The location was great, we walked to a lot of places. There were no garbage bags beyond what was in the trash can, but after a quick message more were delivered within the hour which was impressive. Cons: Parking wasn’t terrible (5ish minute walk away) but i will seek out somewhere with a parking spot on the property next time for the added convenience. The living room was tight for 6 adults, I felt the photos made it seem bigger than it was.

We were looking for something other than a standard hotel and this was perfect. A few issues that came up were adressed quickly.

Loved our stay! This was the most perfect place for our family. It was well stocked with everything we needed and we loved the small treats! They really thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is also perfect. It’s in a great neighborhood near Shem Creek so you’re close to everything! We hope to be back again!

Clifton was extremely helpful! It was our 1st time renting a Airbnb & his responsiveness was very fast, making us feel completely at ease throughout our booking and stay. But the real highlight was the thoughtful, tailor-made day-by-day itinerary he provided. It was so much more than just a list – it was a beautifully curated guide. This level of personalized care is rare and incredibly appreciated.

Really nice condo for the location at Wild Dunes. So easy to get to the beach. Mona was extremely responsive and helpful.

Jeffs place is a lovely cozy condo . Great for us, a couple, to stay in. It was very clean and has most everything we needed. Jeff is a very nice and responsive host . We were not expecting to be in such a public area but, we could walk to beach and that was great !

Elizabeth responded quickly to questions. She is friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. We enjoyed her condo so much we extended our stay. The condo itself was very clean and exactly as advertised. Very close to private pier and beach. Was nice to go to the beach without the crowds of public beaches. Very close to Patriotic Point, Forts Sumpter and Moultrie. Many restaurants within walking distance. We hope to make it back next year!

Stunning views from an open deck and a super comfy screened deck. Quiet serene atmosphere. Great kitchen amenities. Would definitely like to return.

Two words: absolutely wonderful! Felt right at home the moment we walked in. It was exactly as pictured and described. Close to everything. 20 minutes from Charleston and 5 min drive to ocean. Beautiful water views from porch. Also enjoyed time at the pool. Fully stocked kitchen. We will be returning again.

I was very pleased with everything about the property. Hiroko is a wonderful host. He quickly responds to any and all questions. He has very clear and concise instructions for check in and check out. This made for a stress free get away

Can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at Captain's Quarters! Barbie instantly makes you feel welcome - from the detailed instructions on finding the villa, restaurant recommendations, quick responses on anything and everything to the clean and comfortable accommodations in the villa! The location of the villa is amazing! So quiet and private with quick beach access. We loved the outdoor sunroom area which overlooks the pond - the nature sounds and wildlife views were spectacular! The beach here is pristine too and was never busy, we felt like we had it all to ourselves! Overall 10/10!! We would definitely visit again!
