Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Charente-Maritime

The house is tastefully decorated, the place is quiet and conducive to recharging your batteries. The proximity to the beach is a real asset. The owners are very responsive and always willing to answer any questions. We had a great time.

Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

Anne-Marie generously welcomed us with a basket more than stocked ( cider, cake,pineau...) . We fed the chickens that made us feel good with 3 eggs a day. We also enjoyed the vegetable garden. The house is renovated and spacious for 6 people, the garden with several terraces in the shade or sun to choose from, the library and games are available. Big garden nice for our dog. The beach is a 10-15 min walk, that of the great coast or the wild coast accessible by bike in 15 min or by car. Beautiful Palmyra Zoo nearby. Anne-Marie was available throughout the week, and very flexible on arrival/ departure times and good advice on restaurants and activities in the area. Central accommodation to visit La Tremblade in Saint Georges de Didonne, by car or bike (many bike paths). We highly recommend for families or groups of friends.

we had a really lovely stay at Corrines house. It is beautifully situated in a great village on Ile de Re. We walked every day everywhere we needed to. The beach is 5 minutes walk away. The garden was perfect for our 2 dogs. A really great stay had by all. we were 2 couple and 2 dogs. Really recommend a stay here and will return.

Very good stay, we would have appreciated a little more sunshine. The house was perfect for this week with the family.

A unforgettable stay! We had a great time in this impeccable home, impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Olga, who immediately put us at ease with her smile and kindness. She gave us valuable and unique tips on things to see, visit and experience on the island – authentic recommendations, off the beaten track! The apartment is perfectly equipped, there is absolutely nothing lacking. It feels good from the first minute, like home – or even better! As a bonus, a neighbor offered us fresh oysters: a delicious gift and an unforgettable moment. We recommend this place 1000%, both for the accommodation and for discovering this island! Great stay despite the bad weather!:) It's really an exeptional place and the decor is just beautiful The photos are in no way misleading and do not accurately reflect the quality of the property itself Whether it's on decor or interior or exterior design choices! We had a pleasant stay with the family, just like at home! The accommodation is well furnished and decorated, in a quiet area but with all amenities and nice restaurants. John was very flexible in accommodating us. If we go back to La Rochelle it will certainly be here!

Claire and her husband are extremely welcoming and available! The location is close to Ile de Ré, and easy to reach by car. Their young dog is very sociable and playful (we were with our dog and child under 2 years old). If your child sleeps in the same room as you, the room is also the room giving access to the front door (good to know in terms of organization)

The apartment was very good, clean and with everything you need for a few days of vacation as a couple. Jacqueline welcomed us very attentively and was ready to help us with whatever we needed. She is a very kind and cordial person. I recommend it without hesitation Thanks Jacqueline!!

Great communication from Noemie who was lovely, nice to hear about the history of the accommodation. It’s a cosy, good use of space and perfect for the one night stop over. The bed was super comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before travelling again.

The location is perfect. Beach a 3-minute walk away. You can get everywhere on foot or bike. Very clean and peaceful accommodation Daniel is very nice.

We had a pleasant evening in the cabin nestled among the vineyards! The place is peaceful, we were able to recharge our batteries and start the year with peace of mind. Waking up to vineyard views was amazing! We highly recommend this experience.

A lovely romantic getaway! We stayed one night in this unusual cabin, recommended by our friends who came a few months earlier. Naomi is very attentive, both in her hosting and in all the small touches provided on site to ensure we had a pleasant time. The views are incredible and the possibility of enjoying a fire pit and/or barbecue is a real plus!! Thanks for the lovely time!
