Really beautiful farmhouse, with a great host. The guesthouse has everything that‘s needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay and the garden is lovely! Would really recommend staying here.

Stayed again for one night at Catherine's gite on our return journey this time back to the uk. Catherine had thoughtfully pit the heating on as now the nights are getting that bit chillier. This stay was just as good as our one night stay in October, this time we chose to eat out and Catherine kindly recommended a local restaurant in Jonzac ( an easy 10 minute drive), Le Coq D'or and the food was fab, so many thanks Catherine and hope to see you again.

Lovely little gîte - Suzy had thought of everything! Cosy, comfortable with lots of nice touches. Very peaceful surroundings but close enough to drive for restaurants, etc. Suzy was very responsive and full of ideas for our stay. Would fully recommend!

We had a really wonderful stay here. The Cottage had everything we needed and Mandie and Badger were super hosts. The location is perfect, far enough out of town to really experience peace and tranquility and close enough to everything that you may want to explore. The little touches offered such as fresh bread delivered to your door each morning and everything for your first evening meal on arrival were very welcome. We would love to return!

Logement conforme aux descriptions. Aline est une hôte très réactive et conciliante. Le logement est situé dans un environnement magnifique et les différentes choses mises à disposition sont un grand plus ,si la météo vous permet d’en profiter.

Excellent séjour au gîte de l’entre deux ! Nous avons profité du calme et du spa, ce fut très relaxant. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans le gîte de Katherine et David. Le gîte est très bien aménagé et confortable et ils nous ont conseillé plusieurs activités intéressantes à faire avec les enfants à proximité.

Très bon séjour dans cette belle et AUTHENTIQUE maison de famille au charme indéniable. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants de 3/4ans : les enfants ont adoré jouer dans le bac à sable/terrain de pétanque du jardin et la ferme pédagogique à proximité, nous les adultes nous avons adoré la grande cuisine conviviale et la salle de bain magistrale avec vue sur la campagne. Petit bonus pour la vaisselle : quel plaisir de manger dans de jolies assiettes vintage ! La maison est très ancienne, elle était donc un peu humide à notre arrivée (rien de surprenant vu la saison) mais une fois la cheminée lancée et la maison aérée, tout était normal. Bilan : un séjour campagnard paisible et ressourçant, merci beaucoup Katy 💚

My time at Le Petite Chouette was utterly magical. I stayed for a month and fully recharged my soul in this peaceful, beautiful spot surrounded by nature. Ania and Mark are so kind and attentive, and the gite has everything you could possible imagine for your comfort and well-being. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking, and my favorite part is the bed, as it was more comfortable than hotel beds with crisp fresh linens and even an electric blanket for a cozy night. I’ll never forget my peaceful evenings in front of the fire (thank you for generously supplying wood!) my long walks to chateau Lavauguyon and the village, excursions to Site de Peyrassoulat, my visits to the contemporary art and meteorite museums in Rochechouart, and my lovely chats with Ania, Mark, their sweet dogs, and the chickens! I am forever grateful for what this stay has done for my spirit! I highly recommend this place if you want deep rest!

Alfie and I had a great time at Lee's immaculate courtyard cottage while house hunting in the area. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. A lovely, cosy place and a much appreciated and unexpected tipple awaited us after a long drive, which was very welcome! Nothing was too much trouble. The quality of decor and bed linen is first class. We are looking forward to our next stay again soon. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Inge’s farmhouse which is obviously a much loved family home from home, along with beautiful artistic touches. The pool was gorgeous and it was a delight to swim with an uninterrupted view of the vineyards. Our kids enjoyed the swing, volleyball and pool inflatables and we enjoyed the various places to sit outside. Inge and her family were fantastic hosts and shared lots of local info and recommendations for days out and things to do.

We had a fantastic week at La Gigon, so peaceful and relaxing, it had all we needed and more. Our 3 kids (6-9 years) had a ball in the pool and using all the games room had to offer. Judy was friendly and easy to communicate with and Jackie her property manager was welcoming and lovely. I highly recommend La Gigon and would love to return in the future.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour reposant, au calme dans ce havre de paix. L'environnement est magnifique. Le logement est spacieux, impeccable et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La piscine est un plus appreciable en été. Annabelle et son mari sont accueillants, serviables et disponibles tout en restant discrets. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

Notre séjour chez Bernadette c'est très bien passé ! Maison très propre, avec toutes les commodités. Bon accueil à notre arrivée, je recommande cette annonce sans aucun soucis. Encore un grand merci à Bernadette !

halte d'une seule.nuit, sur notre trajet retour, mais très bien reçus par la femme de Florent, et logement parfait, literie neuve, canapé très fonctionnel et gîte pleins d'équipements et de loisirs.. baby-foot, BD/ livres.. tout est pensé pour notre bien-être.. environnement très calme nous reviendrons à vous sûr
