We had a wonderful stay, the house is impeccable and has all the necessary amenities. Too bad the weather didn't let us enjoy the pool. The hosts were very kind and very quick to respond. Highly recommended

We loved the house and the truth is that if it catches your attention in the photos, when you arrive it is even better. A 10 for the house and for the owners, who answered all our questions and helped us recover a suitcase that we left behind.

We went to spend a week as a family with small children and it was amazing. The house is beautiful, with very nice views, very quiet and has everything you need, very well equipped to spend days. Guillermo, the owner, was charming and always attentive to making our stay pleasant. We felt at home. Would I repeat it again? Absolutely, as soon as I can I'll repeat it.

We had a great week at Irene's place. The outside is very private, not overlooked, and the pool as well as the view is amazing. The interior of the house is beautiful. Quiet, 30 minutes from Madrid. We would recommend Irene's house without hesitation.

Nice to stay there. The house is small but has everything you can expect. For me, details like coffee or baking paper or albal give me an idea of what they want to offer you, they want you to be comfortable and not miss anything. Mercedes was very friendly and the pool is a very nice addition. We'll be back.

The location is perfect, the views are beautiful, the house is amazing. It was a great weekend getaway for couples. We would definitely repeat!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Bárbaras apartment. The apartment is just a short walk to a metro station or you could head into Central Madrid via a beautiful park. Everything you will need is in the apartment and the pool was a fantastic treat after the hot Madrid days. Thanks Bárbara for a wonderful stay.

The place is a fantastic house. The garden with pool is wonderful. Nice lighting for the evening. The bathrooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. That's how to enjoy a vacation. Recommended 110%. Manuel was always very attentive and pleasant. He responds quickly and gave us the facilities we needed. It was a pleasure to have enjoyed our stay with the family at this place. Thank you for everything.

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Wonderful place! We loved the peaceful location, and found the apartment super clean and new on the inside. Loved the radiant floor heating. I had originally missed that there was no WiFi but that was a nice break actually. Place is super clean. Kitchen supplies pretty minimal so stock up (but there is one store in town).

Raquel was very attentive from the first contact!The location is good, close to many supermarkets and gas stations! The apartment needs some repairs, and if it had air conditioning it would be perfect, but the host left us a portable fan that softened the heat! The bathroom and shower are a plus, The water has great pressure! The apartment meets the needs for a short stay!

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

Everything was just as expected! The first thing that caught my attention was Natalia's kindness and willingness. He assured us that he would be there whenever we needed him, and he was. He was great to us. It made us feel very comfortable that everything was clean and tidy, the atmosphere was not overloaded but we had the essentials. The house is cute and the area is beautiful. We fell in love with the views from all the windows and the smell of vegetation that filtered into the house. It's not that I want to go back to the house, it's that I want to move!

The listing is exactly as expected. It is true that the room with a bathroom was more uncomfortable than we thought, since there is no privacy as there is no door. Everything else was very comfortable, the living room was super cozy, duvets in the closet in case we were cold. The bathroom has soaps, everything is very complete. The courtyard with plenty of space for cars, the truth is that the stay was perfect

It has been a very comfortable stay, it deserves very much to be able to book said accommodation, kindness, availability, Amalia's attention, the facilities are very good , everything is in perfect condition, everything is perfect, we would stay in it again.

The house se Chiara is beautiful, very comfortable and with all the needs to spend a few days. We felt at home. Chiara was very kind and attentive at all times to how we were. We fell in love with the fireplace and the garden. If you are looking for tranquility, it is a good place to disconnect.

Perfect location right between Madrid and Toledo. Super nice, large house with Spanish flair but modern standards. Very clean and well-equipped, especially in the kitchen. Beds were too hard for our taste. The garden invites you to relax and is very private and shielded from view. Small info: There is now a room with two single beds (90x200cm) and a bathroom is quite freshly renovated. Great, large shower! We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thanks to the host family.

We were very comfortable. Spacious and clean house with common areas perfect for eating and hanging out with friends or family. Veronica is a lovely person who has facilitated all the procedures and questions.

Cristina is such a lovely person & host. Always responsive & helpful if I needed anything. Also have great recommendations on local restaurants. I would definitely return & recommend 🥰thank you Cristina que Dios te bendiga fue un placer conocerte.
