Richard is a great host, friendly & responsive. Studio is lovely little space, close to everything. Only tiny downside is road noise but that can’t be helped & doesn’t interfere with sleeping. I’d recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area. It’s close to freeways for ease of access to anywhere for day trips, yet in a super walkable area to all the amenities of quaint downtown Monrovia.

Jeff and Teresa’s studio was the perfect home base for my visit. I used to live in the area and wanted someplace close and familiar. The price was the same or less than a hotel with the benefit of privacy and peaceful quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable and Jeff and Teresa were very responsive hosts. Definitely recommend and will stay again when I’m in the area.

My partner and I stayed at Lulu’s for 16 days. It was a home for us. That’s how the unit made us feel the moment we walked in. Lulu’s place is home away from home. She’s very caring, quick to respond when needed. Her neighborhood is a peaceful place.

They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, always checking in with genuine care and offering helpful recommendations. Their warmth and generosity made my stay not just enjoyable, but deeply meaningful. I feel incredibly lucky to have met such wonderful hosts, and I can’t wait to come back!
