Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Channel Islands of California

Our stay was phenomenal! The pictures do not do the Airbnb justice - such a beautiful view of the LA skyline and full of natural light. Check in was very easy and the security guard in the building was also very accommodating and helped us with parking instructions provided to us by hosts. The included parking spot was such a perk and reduced so much stress about overnight parking! Amenities such as rooftop pool elevated our experience, and the proximity to many restaurants and night life were appreciated. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the city!

Let me start off by saying that it is one of the most prettiest beach cottages that I have been to. It is super cute. Very comfortable to sleep in very peaceful felt right at home too bad that we only had to stay only one night can’t wait to be able to return back and stay for a longer weekend. The host Terri was amazing very friendly. Can’t wait to return back. Great places to stay.

It would be hard to find a better location in Long Beach—one that’s walking distance to the beach and the best restaurants in town. The property and neighborhood had charm. The space was as described and perhaps even more spacious than anticipated. One of the more kind and responsive owners I’ve encountered. Would rent again!

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

The place is comfy and has a great location walkable to really everything you need. I enjoyed that it was close to everything but still very quiet, peaceful, and safe at night. I will mention that I almost thought about cancelling before I came because of the communication through the messages when I asked questions or suggestions. When I arrived or maybe a day before, the customer service did seem to shift and my stay was enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

This place was great! Cozy, stylish, and comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach and several delicious restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again.

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Great spot. Nestled in the canyon. Private. Was comfortable. We appreciate the “tranquility” and I believe this house made our trip special. Only feedback is that the WiFi speed needs a boost. Thank you Shawn for a very enjoyable stay at this property. It’s pretty amazing.

We had the loveliest time celebrating our anniversary at this dreamy beach get-away! Super clean and gorgeous home, so many lovely, stylish spots to relax in. We hiked nearby, had a lovely walk on the beach and ate at very lovely and delicious little food places. Hearing the seals bark nearby just was such a cute and special little touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend this place for a secluded, relaxing little retreat!

Excellent location by Sunset and quiet up the mountain. Plenty of lounge space. I loved the fire pit in the back patio so relaxing! Beds ore comfy!

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

This was my Second Stay at Summer Cloud and just as before it was great! Ed and David are so responsive and so willing to help make your stay as best as possible! I even noticed some upgrades from my last stay here in October such as the garage game room was such a fun surprise! The area is so great and peaceful and I felt so safe. 10/10 once again!

Had such an amazing stay in Los Angeles, mainly due to Michael’s place meeting and surpassing expectations. Incredible views of the city and the attention to detail throughout this place made us instantly feel comfortable and at home. From the large comfortable beds, both bathrooms and showers, the home cinema, the kitchen and dining area layout and in the instructions put in place telling us how everything works was a really nice touch from the host. Our host, Michael, was very helpful from the day we reserved to the day we checked out, such a friendly and informative host. Thanks a lot, can’t wait to visit again. Neil & Sandra

I don’t think words can describe the Airbnb! I wish I could have stayed longer and I checked the day before checking out if I can extend my stay which should tell you that I felt right at home at the Airbnb. Thomas is amazing, he responds quickly, is helpful, and was great with instructions especially with the golf cart. Thomas and Megan, thank you so much for your help and prompt responses and quick answers. The golf cart was super helpful which makes the place even more amazing. The patio is great!!! I already miss the Airbnb. Thank you all so much for this wonderful place. I love that’s not where the restaurants are and is a little higher up because it feels so quiet which I like. We had such a wonderful stay in downtown LA. The apartment was spacious with high ceilings, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast each morning. It was clean, beautifully designed, and felt so cozy, especially with the antique lamp casting a warm glow at night. I loved how the city lights reflected into the living room and made the evenings feel magical. The rooftop pool and hot tub had amazing views, and we met some great people there. The building felt very safe with on-site security, which we really appreciated. Ali was a fantastic host. He was super responsive and full of great recommendations. My husband, his cousin, and I all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Overall, my stay went pretty smooth. The guests were very helpful and checking out was seamless. The apartment itself was filled with very nice amenities. The living room is very spacious and having parking is a plus. The Airbnb is situated in a nice area. I enjoyed my stay and recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the LA area.

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! You were so responsive to our messages and just made our stay much more comfortable. Again thank you for everything.

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.

Lovely, comfortable apartment. Everything worked great and I enjoyed my stay. Only issue was that parking garage was difficult to maneuver out of. Good thing I had a compact rental car. My normal SUV would not have fit. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed out stay at Tom's condo very much. Really nice space with plenty of room for two couples. We would definitely come back if we come back to the area again.
