Completely detached building with private access. We have added a larger TV, sound system, music collection, and office chair not captured in images. Great space to work and relax and suitable for longer stays. We are participating in Airbnb's updated cleaning protocol and our dedicated cleaners use the correct methodology and solutions. Immaculate, spacious, high ceilinged loft in separate building on the property. Room and privacy to relax, work, write, and create. Excellent boutique hotel-quality space for traveling to Venice on business, or a few days at the beach. Our private guest loft has been a home away from home for entrepreneurs, artists and creatives; as well as folks traveling to visit various media and tech companies headquartered locally. Comfortable new queen size bed, which is up a vintage library ladder as shown in photos. Sleep above the rooftops of Venice with a beach breeze coming through the open windows and sliding doors. High speed ethernet to desk station and plasma screen; multiple wifi networks on property. Suitable for video editing and production work. Very large / high ceilinged open shower with paneled ceiling windows, like showering outside with views of sun, trees and bamboo. Studio kitchen with induction cooktop and small oven. Backyard for guest use to access loft only. Your own entrance to (separate detached bldg) private loft via easy alley access with keypad lock to both doors. Abundant street parking. Half block to Simon's, Superba Bread, Deus Ex Machina and great shopping on Lincoln. Erewhon market a short walk. Easy couple block walk to heart of Abbot Kinney and short bike to beach. Surrounded by Nowita and Marco walk streets on either side; safe, quiet & secure location. Your hosts are a couple who use different entrance to the main house which is separated from the loft. We're around if you need us, but tend to stay out of the way and give guests a lot of privacy. We're gone a fair amount during weekdays and often travel on weekends, but respond to texts within a few minutes if not immediately. It's on one of the best blocks of original craftsman bungalows in Venice, surrounded only by a footpath and magical walk streets on either side. It's a walkable and bikeable area with world-class restaurants and cocktails, as well as fun beach dive bars. Quick walk to Abbot Kinney, easy access to Rose Ave, and the newer restaurants and shopping on Lincoln are concentrated one block away. Bike or walk to Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey or up the beach to Santa Monica. Quick Lyft ride to West LA, Playa Vista and Culver City and 20 mins by car to West Hollywood. Easy street parking. Private Malibu Getaway with White Water Ocean Views

Fire up the barbecue on a spacious private deck as the sun sets over the Pacific. This intimate and modern guest suite offers spectacular panoramic ocean views. Jump into your own private plunge pool (6’x12’) to cool off, or take a short walk to the beach. This is the perfect spot to escape the crowds and relax in your own secret hideaway. Our place is a beautiful one bedroom multi-level modern apartment with amazing views and loud waves. It is perfect for 2 people but can accommodates up to maximum of 4 people: queen size bed in the bedroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom, bathroom and a walk-in closet are located on the upper level of the apartment. Bathroom has a shower cabin. Washer and dryer are in the bedroom behind the curtain. Open plan living, dining and kitchen area are on the lower level of the apartment leading to the big outside deck with the small pool. Kitchen has all the amenities - refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/oven with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We provide light breakfast - coffee, tea, oatmeal. The pool is at the deck level, just right outside of the apartment main entry. The pool can be heated for an extra daily fee of $50.00 BBQ is available, if you wish to grill something. Our home is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, either inside or outside. We politely ask to respect our guest policy and not to have more than 4 people in the apartment. Guests that don't follow our policy will be reported to Airbnb immediately. We are located right off PCH up the hill. You can access the apartment by going down the long set of stairs along the blue railing on the left side of the property. There is plenty of free street parking at the apartment. Always available in person, via phone or text, if you need anything. The guest suite sits in the lower level of the main house on a quiet street. It's within walking distance to Duke's, Old Malibu Courthouse, and La Costa Country Mart. The house is located in eastern Malibu. Why wait - come and experience the beautiful Malibu firsthand! Many people rent a car or use a car service like Uber or Lyft, but public transportation is also available. Metro line bus #534 (bus stop is 3 minute walk from the house) takes you to downtown Malibu and Santa Monica, and from there you can transfer to the Expo train line which takes you to downtown LA and elsewhere. There are also Big Blue Bus and Culver City Bus lines available in Santa Monica. It’s almost never winter in Malibu: sunny and warm, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Malibu always offers a great escape from a busy city to enjoy the ocean, beach and sun.
