Tiny house vacation rentals in Channel Islands of California

Every instruction was very clear, and if I had any questions, the hosts were extremely attentive. I really appreciated how thorough the instructions were, both communicated in advance and some printed inside. Everything inside was immaculate, and there was a nice patio space to sit outside. The stove & fridge were as clean as new. Nice tv, multiple streaming services available, and reliable WiFi. The restaurant ‘El Burrito Jr.’ was less than 20 yards away from my door, and the food was amazing. I didn’t need any of the beach items but it was great to know they’re available if I visited again, not on business. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to schedule with them again. Every element of my visit there was stellar. I felt so at home, my business trip felt like a vacation when I was there.

What a phenomenal experience once again! We booked with Jennifer for the 2nd time! Jennifer was very nice, polite, responsive, and understanding of anything we needed. Place was clean great backyard, exceptional location close to everything and anything in LA. Thank you for allowing us to relive our great first experience a second time this time with our 1year old child! You are the best!! Will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul Henry's guest house tucked away in their beautiful garden. It was comfortable and thoughtfully put together: plenty of outlets and charging cables for different devices; shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower; a great coffee maker with a reusable filter. Paul’s communication and clear instructions made settling in a breeze. The location is also fantastic—it’s rare to be able to walk around so easily in LA!

My dogs and I had the best time in this tiny house. The weather was spectacular, sunny days and cloudless nights for star gazing. The house was so peaceful and private. I loved being up in the hills and it was also so convenient to visit friends in Santa Barbara and Carpentaria. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer. My cup is full! It was the perfect short get away.

Jamie’s cottage was so inviting and comfortable. It was perfect in every way. And Jamie and Billy couldn’t have been nicer to us. Great folks; great place. Our new go-to place in Ventura!

I had a wonderful stay peaceful, comfortable, and even better than expected. The space was just as described, if not more charming in person. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Peaceful and safe, yet still close to everything you’d want to do. 5 minute walk to restaurants and 15 min walk to grocery. There was always room for street parking but I just used Uber to get around. Cute little place to stay. Very clean and quiet. A little table to sit at or a comfortable chair inside. Outside is a pool with outdoor furniture and a tree swing. There is a lot of natural light and a motion light on at night, so if you’re light sensitive when sleeping just bring an eye mask. Patrick is a nice guy. He showed me around and explained everything when I arrived. He had some good recommendations. I didn’t need anything except the batteries changed in the tv remote once and he took care of it quickly. I’d stay here again!

Place is small, rustic, but awesome. Very comfortable bed. Feels like sleeping in a hunter’s cabin, because you are. Gordon and other residents will often pass by the porch but everyone is friendly. Great porch to sit and watch the world and your new friends go by.

Great spot in the heart of Laguna. Walkable to most everything (especially the beaches). Easy to hit the road too for other parts of Orange County and beyond. Comfy place, would stay again. Thanks Doug

Only stayed for one night but the place was well located to Carpinteria/Santa Barbara area. Christopher was very responsive and friendly! Would definitely stay again!

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

I stayed at Dana’s place in Monrovia, CA for a couple of days and had a great experience. The space was super clean, peaceful, and relaxing—just what I needed. Dana was incredibly supportive; when I was confused during check-in, she showed up right away to help. The location is perfect for me since I come to the area for work once a month, it's close to the business and also near great hiking trails and restaurants. Most importantly, the neighborhood feels very safe. Highly recommend!

Nichola was a lovely host. While we had difficulties at check in - we arrived late into the evening and had challenges navigating the app lock, Nichola was responsive and helpful. After this initial hurdle, the rest of our stay was fantastic! The space is cute and open - lots of great light, very private and peaceful, and easy to come and go.

Diana’s place was exactly as listed—clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. She was very quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the stay even smoother. Highly recommend!

I have to say Elena’s place was easily one of the best AirBnB experiences I’ve ever had. As a host, Elena provided absolutely everything we needed, and even went above and beyond! The location was perfect for us, and we never had any issue finding street parking. Even when we had a slight issue, she stayed with me to troubleshoot until it was resolved. 10/10 experience! Thanks so much!!!!!!

Jill was an absolutely amazing host! She provided very clear, easy to follow/ understand. We had a hiccup which was absolutely no fault of our host and the power went out in the whole neighborhood. Jill and I were communicating via the app, she came up with back up plans if the power didn’t come back on. I can’t say enough good about Jill and her responsiveness. The guesthouse was absolutely adorable, convenient and worked perfect for our quick trip for a family member’s celebration of life. Highly recommend. The tiny house is perfect if you love nature! It’s cozy, clean, also offers an outside shower/ bath experience. Also it’s very close to all the popular locations such as state street, montecito, there’s also a grocery store near by. We had a great experience and would love to come back!

My sister and I come to LA every summer. This was a great place to stay. Echo park- stone’s throw from silver lake. Amazing walks. Pete’s cabin was cool and quiet. Just what we needed.

this garden cottage was perfect for the two of us, close to all the areas we needed to get to. the neighborhood was very nice and quiet and the grounds were so nice, lots of plants and flowers made it really relaxing. We will stay here again, and so should you! Rick and Deb
