The house includes 3 bedrooms, one with two single beds likely to join to form a queen bed, two bedrooms with a double bed. On the ground floor, the first bathroom has shower (accessible PMR) and toilet and the second clog bath (shower)and toilet

Welcome to my charming Mancelle with its original materials, which has a welcoming garden at the front and a relaxing patio at the back with a Jacuzzi; a living room, dining room and equipped kitchen; as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Close to the train station (9 min.), a tram stop (3 min.) and shops, (5 min.) you can fully enjoy your stay in Le Mans, independently in my personal accommodation.
