The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. My accommodation is a 15/20 min walk (depending on your walking pace) from the entrance to the Tertre Rouge (not always open) of the 24h circuit, 20 min walk + tram from the East entrance of the circuit, 15 min from the city center and a shopping center nearby. Bus stop nearby and 10 min walk to tram.

This house can accommodate 6 to 8 people, 4 bedrooms, mezzanine, very nice bathroom, powder room, 2 toilets, beautiful living room, beautiful wood and slab terrace 70 m², close to the 24-hour circuit, about 15 minutes. Closed garage, private parking.
