We had an absolutely perfect stay at this house! It's even better in real life than the photos. The pool is indeed very large and made everyone happy. We were with children and the accommodation is really ideal for them: safe, with games available... In addition, the kitchen is very well-equipped, we did not lack anything. We highly recommend this place for holidays for families or groups of friends.

A great weekend in a place full of charm, whether it's the cottage, the hikes in the forest where we went on foot or the villages recommended by Élise and Sylvain. we'll be happy to go back!

Can’t imagine a more charming place to stay in Le Mans. A place of pure magic. Tucked away in the winding streets of old town, the cobbled stone streets and lush rose gardens lead you to this very special home. The home is very comfortable, spacious, extremely clean, with a very comfortable bed. For us, the highlights were the view from the windows, the birds chirping, the magical garden and neighborhood that surrounds this lovely home. Laurent was a very kind host, who kindly let us in and showed us around. Parking was easy at the lot described with an easy walk to the home (even with my giant suitcase). You’re just a stones throw away from Le Mans best sites, river, charming shops and new town. 3000 percent recommend. Merci Laurent!

Great house, where everything has been thought out for comfort: from the huge garage for several cars, to the kitchen equipment, the comfort of the beds, the decor, in a peaceful neighborhood; Pauline follows us attentively and very courteously to anticipate the slightest problem... but there aren't any!

We had a lovely time in the summerhouse. It is beautiful and the surroundings are lovely. Gabriel is a very good host and made us feel very welcome

We had a great time: everything was impeccable — the jacuzzi, the steam room, the garden, the decoration, the accessories and the cleanliness 10/10! We had a wonderful family weekend at Celine's place. The cottage is adorable: nicely renovated, well decorated, and impeccably clean, all in a magnificent natural environment: the view of the pond and the surrounding vegetation are a charming asset! We recommend eyes closed.

If we could give 10 stars we would! This was one of the best places we stayed in our 3 weeks in France. Such a beautiful and peaceful location. It was impossible to stop taking photos! The home was impeccable with modern furnishings combined with the old. Bedding and towels high quality and smelled amazing. But the best part was the warm and personal welcome by Philippe, Sylvie and their daughter. Although we don’t speak French fluently, we were able to communicate and they shared information about their property, showed us around, introduced us to their dog, cat and 2 donkeys. They ensured we were comfortable and were flexible with check in and check out. It felt like we were being welcomed to their home, which was so special as visitors from Canada. We had a memorable stay and were sad we had to leave after only one night. Lovely country drive to the Le Mans circuit. Hopefully one day we can visit again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful house! Beds were comfy, private parking was a big bonus. Hosts were accommodating of our very last minute booking. 5 minute drive from the track too!

Pascale is a great hostess. She personally welcomed me and explained everything well. The house is great - right in the middle of the city and yet very quiet. There is all that you need and much more. The house is very lovingly furnished and of high quality. There is a nice garden with a terrace. It's all even nicer than in the photos. I felt very comfortable and at home. I'd love to come back

The accommodation was really spacious and had a great outdoor area which made the stay because we were lucky with the weather. It was a very peaceful neighbourhood and we felt safe with the van we brought with us. Adrien was a great host and was very responsive. The center of Le Mans was a 15 minute journey. The tram was really close by and easy to use. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting Le Mans.
