Townhome vacation rentals in Chang Phueak

This is a great budget friendly place that is walkable and can easily get to most places in Chiangmai. There’s a 7-11 within 5 minutes walking so you can stock up on any necessities. Be warned that there are a lot of stairs, at least two flights of stairs to reach the first bedroom.

We had just a great time in Jiw's house. It's clean, well equipped and we had everything that we needed for our stay there. Jiw prepared a list of recommendations and if anything was needed on top she was ready to help. Location is good: several restaurants nearby, 7/11. Definitely recommend.

Place looks exactly as described, and the host is pretty responsive. The place is far from all the action as it's a quasi gated community, but if you like quiet, like I do, and don't mind a short grab or bolt to town, this is the place.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis! We verbleven een maand in Chiang Mai en hadden ons geen betere accommodatie kunnen wensen. De plek is sfeervol en je voelt je gelijk thuis. We hadden veel ruimte, en de locatie was optimaal voor bijna alles in en rondom Chiang Mai. Jane is een fantastische host, die altijd snel en aardig reageert. Ik zou dit iedereen aanraden!

I was here for three weeks and the place was great stay. The room itself is very nice and I like the stone walls.Pretty cute. Location is close to Maya and walking distance to stores like 7-11. Self check in and out went smooth.

The house is a bit isolated but nice. The kitchen is nice, easy to cook. The host is very helpful and generous and lovely. The host just lives next door so it’s very convenient for us if we need anything.

We stayed at Kate’s apartment in Chiang Mai for a month, and had a wonderful experience. Kate had thoughtfully prepared the apartment with great attention to detail, and was always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Located in a gated community with security at the entrance witch gave us a sense of safety. There's a nice pool in the complex for cooling off on hot days. The neighborhood is about a 10-minute drive from the city center. Not far from the complex are a few recommended street food spots, a 7-Eleven, and some fruit and local food carts that we enjoyed visiting. There was sometimes an unpleasant sewage smell during evening showers, but we understood this is common in many Thai homes and not something specific to this apartment. Overall, the experience was just right for us in every way. Comfort, service, thoughtful touches, everything was spot on. Highly recommended!

Big, three storey unit with three bedrooms. Located in an alley just off the Mae Hia market. It looks just like the photos, and the description is 100% accurate. A lot of space for a group of people or a family travelling together. The location is the best and worst thing about the unit. The market has a lot of stores and services, anything you could need is here. Very good location for ordering a Grab car / scooter, and close to many of the places one might want to go. However, it's also a busy active market, so there's a lot of noise during the day: roosters crowing, parking assistants whistling, cars honking, scooters motoring. There's also some noise bleeding in through the walls from the church and piano studios next door. However, this is never an issue at night and never affected sleeping. The kitchen is tiny, but that's typical in Thailand and the market is full of fresh food to order (especially on weekends). Overall, a good place for a large group doing a medium-length stay.

골든타운 신축건물이라 실내외 벌레도 없고 매우 깨끗함 가전이나 가구도 깨끗하고 훌륭함 길 건너 마트가 2개이며, 루암촉몰의 월화 야시장은 현지인 위주로 다른 야시장보다 훨씬 싸고 맛있음 다만 1층 화장실에는 온수가 나오지 않지만 정수필터가 있는지 물이 깨끗함 수영장이 있어 아이들과 머물기엔 정말 최고!!!

My family of 4 really enjoyed the place - it is tastefully designed, very clean and comfortable, with all the kitchen tools we need to cook up simple meals, which we enjoy very much in our family trips. The location is just 15-20mins from the airport and city area, just slightly off the main busy area for a more peaceful environment. Knot has been the most friendly and helpful host, and I would strongly recommend this place for any family looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay in Chiang Mai !

The hosts were all very kind and responsive. The living space was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, with plenty of drinking water provided. Each room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Every floor showed thoughtful design and attention to detail. It felt like a warm, welcoming place—just like home.

房源位置很好，也很好找到。 房內佈置溫馨漂亮與圖片相符，但因為臨近寧曼路，即使過午夜還是有點吵雜（但房東很貼心有在每個房間附贈耳塞），對聲音敏感者可能要注意。 每天有管家打掃整理非常棒！我們家庭在這裡度過了美好的到假期～

Lovely host, very good communication, the neighbours are lovely and it really felt like home. Super clean and the beds were very comfy! The terrace was gorgeous in the evening and we would definitely stay again :) highlight of our trip! Lots of cute little details from the hosts also. We ❤️ lotus house

très bien! 👍 Je recommande vraiment pour les familles et entre amis. Très propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, les chambres sont belles, grand salon, une salle de bain dans chaque chambre et deux petits balcon. Petite piscine sur un grand balcon très pratique pour se rafraîchir quand on veut. emplacement très pratique, pas loin d'un temple et du centre historique même. Les taxis sont également a proximité, pratique pour se déplacer. L'hôte est hyper réactif, on a pu laisser nos bagages dans un lieu pas très loin de la maison, en arrivant et le dernier jour pour la journée. Je reviendrai avec plaisir!

Jia的房子太好了！我们此行三对情侣，每个人都非常满意。 第一天红眼航班到达清迈，当时房间情况刚好可以让我们提前进去休息，这简直是意外之喜。 房子位置特别好，去711、按摩店、小酒吧、宁曼路、Maya都能够步行20分钟内到达，一群人一路上说说笑笑，非常开心😊 Jia的回复速度超级及时，处理问题超级迅速。当然了，房子没有任何问题～空间很大和图片一模一样，只是我不太熟悉空调操作🥹 因为这个房子，留下了美好的旅行回忆，要爱上清迈了❤️

This place is amazing, the location is absolutely perfect, and the transportation is super convenient. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. I loved it so much that I even wanted to buy it! However, the only downside is that since it's newly renovated, there is still some renovation smell when you first move in. I would recommend guests who are pregnant or have babies to wait at least six months after my review before choosing to stay here

Rosie Home was a sweet home in a great busy area and yet, tucked away from the main road so felt very private. We enjoyed the easy access and convenience of walkable location. Sirada was very responsive. If we come back with a group of companies, we will definitely stay here. Thank you!

Aaron is one of the best hosts I have ever had! Super helpful and always there to help! The space was super big and if you are planning to come with your family this might be a great choice! The place is nearby the night market and there is great food around! :)
