Vacation rentals with a patio in Champniers

Catherine and Michel are available and very kind. We chose their outbuilding as part of the FIBD. Although a little out of the way, their cozy and warm accommodation was quite accessible using the buses (15 min from Angouleme train station) throughout the festival. A big thank you!

Very clean and functional accommodation. It is well located with buses leading to downtown Angoulême, which can also be accessible on foot (if you don't mind walking) I would definitely recommend this place for your stay in Angouleme

Had a wonderful stay, Nick and his wife are great hosts, with a wonderful 15th century building in which we stayed. Easy to walk into confolens, from apartment We hired a car, in which we was able to explore all surrounding areas, also supermarkets within 3 mins drive Great out door space, with seating area, plus garden to explore with chickens Thanks for a pleasant stay and your information on the area Would definitely book again 🙂

Lovely apartment with great outdoor space.

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful location. We stayed in the Terrace Apartment which was tastefully decorated, very clean and welcoming. The supplied cold water and milk were so helpful as it meant we could make an emergency cup of tea to start our day before heading to the supermarket! All toiletries and tea and coffee supplied! Would definitely stay again.

The Gite was in the perfect location for us in a beautiful setting. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The upstairs deck looked out over the pool, very nice!

Charming little simple and cozy welcoming house. A big thank you because very good contact with Jean René (responsive and simple exchanges) We had a great stay with our children (10, 8 and 2 years old) board and outdoor games are available without forgetting the pleasant secure pool because at the back of the garden and closed by a gate. A covered outdoor living room, very nice. Several activities are offered around we have chosen to visit among others the zoodyssé, the asinerie du Baudet du Poitou, St Jean d 'Angely, the castle of Dampierre sur Boutonne... there is something for everyone no shopkeeper on foot but 10 min by car ( Intermarché with gas station). The house perfectly catered to our search to rest and enjoy as a family!!! Wishlist ♥️for the garden

The listing gives a correct picture of the property, but does the property too short. It is bigger, nicer and better provided than we thought in advance. We had a wonderful stay. The house has 2 beautiful gardens with multiple seats, a lovely spacious indoor space and a brand new table tennis table on the sale and were also very good bicycles in the shed. At a 100-meter walk, we could also use the municipal tennis court. A top stay and I highly recommend the house. The only downside may be that the area is somewhat limited in terms of entertainment. But if you're not necessarily looking for that, you'll have a super stay. Thank you.

Very well-equipped and pleasant house that allowed us to reunite as a family. The host is welcoming and accommodating for check-in and check-out. We recommend this Air b&n.

Very nice quiet and very well-located village center house for visiting the southeast of the Charente

We had such a lovely family holiday. Sue is a fantastic host and made us feel right at home. The house is in such a peaceful place but within driving distance of quaint towns and stunning beach lakes. Would highly recommended if you're looking to get away things

A nice stay for our overnight stay on the way to Spain. A nice quiet and green environment. Our girls have gratefully used the games :-)

Ann was very available, and was very accommodating (especially on our arrival time, a thousand thanks for that) The accommodation is very large, we stayed at 14 (9 adults and 5 children) and we did not lack space (except maybe on the kitchen table in rainy weather) The exterior is huge, and great for the kids. The pool is large and its access is well secured. The game room with darts, ping, badminton... and the bike room with bike available are really a plus.

Raphaël is a very welcoming host and attentive to the care of guests. Raphael is also very responsive to requests during the stay. As a result, we had a great stay in Angouleme, especially since the accommodation is very good, spacious and clean. It corresponds in every respect to the description. We'll be happy to go back!

very nice place! the accommodation is on the back of the dwelling so independent and very spacious! we were with a dog who could frolic in an enclosed space and who was very well received too and who would have had a great time also with those of the owner!!, thank you again for the welcome:)

Super stay in a very historic building, swimming every day. Internally superb although the main building could do with a bit of attention, only expected with the age of the place. Great stay...thanks Jason
