Bedroom 3 downstairs has ensuite toilet and shower with a desk and a fold out single bed if needed.

You will be awakened by the birdsong while being close to the N10 (1 min by car) and 3 min from the city center (by car) or 5 min by bus. Close to all shops (convenience store, bakery, tobacco and pharmacy).
