Great place to stay! Super walkable to nearby coffee shop & brunch. Had everything you need, and very spacious for only being a studio. Highly recommend :)

Linda is an incredible host and person! She is very responsive and accommodating, trying to make you as comfortable as possible. She made my 2 month stay a complete blessing and made me and partner feel at home. Thank you so much for everything!

Enjoyed my stay here. Place was clean and was a great spot to stay while snowboarding at wolf creek.

Roberta was great and worked with us. First time visiting Chama, Los Ojos, Tierra Amarilla . My dad's been talking about the place for over 20 years and finally got to visit. Beautiful place. views were incredible. my only recommendation is checking and calling ahead dof tune to see what's open. We were not in the "know" Most restaurants, boating excursions and even Public Campgrounds so call in advance. l. Luckily we went for one day and weren't expecting much. Will return and to this location when the opportunity arises.

Great location and nice condo for a small family of three or a couple and one other person. Would stay here again as very convenient.

John and Anne's place was perfect for our trip to down to the Durango area. It was comfy for my family of 4 and we felt right at home. The place was clean and smelled great. John and Anne put plenty of extras in the homes for us and I love the personal touches they added from their lives. They were also very responsive. The area is private and beautiful. It's right outside of Bayfield which has a few restaurants and shops or you can take the 30 minute drive to Durango and Pagosa Springs if you are looking for more. There's lots to do in the area, so I wish we would of stayed longer.

I had an excellent experience during my stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it an ideal place to relax. The host was attentive and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. The location was convenient and provided everything I needed for a great trip. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future.

This is a charming little spot that is very easy to get to, yet tucked in from the highway. We found it perfect for our girls’ hot springs getaway, and it’s walkable if you don’t want to mess with the parking lot at Ojo. Sweet, artsy touches. Our hosts responded quickly and kindly to questions.

great location, easy access to mountain hikes and 10 minutes to town center for hot springs, river walk and some great eats. Not to forget an excellent bakery. The house was exactly as described, very comfortable and super roomy. The kitchen was stocked with some of the best cook ware I've seen at any rental which made for some mighty fine home cooked meals. I would definitely stay here again for future visits to the area.

Home was perfect for our girl's trip!! Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for our group of 5. We spent quite a bit of time in the home...it was cozy while also being roomy. It was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Beautiful views..especially at sunset. There was a water issue during our stay that had nothing to do with the homeowners, Natosha was very communicative and did all she could to keep us updated, even overnight. Western Skies did not disappoint and we would not hesitate to book again in the future!!!

A wonderful home in a beautiful setting, we found everything we needed for our family of 5 adults... and more. Bill and Cindy have created a well-appointed, efficient, and beautiful place to truly relax. We enjoyed the spectacular view from almost every room. Morning coffee and evening meal on the patio provided great opportunities to bond and watch the wildlife. Check in was effortless, and Bill was quick to respond when contacted. We will be back!

The Casita de Chiparosa far exceeded any expectation. First the view was breathtaking, literally. Lauren met us as we came in and again there was friendship and graciouness. Now we enter the Casita. Again, created with a view for comfort with every need met from the well appointed and nicely stocked kitchen to plently of room with comfortable sleeping arrangements. There was enough art to make this artist happy as could be. And yes! A view of the Pedernal. If you love Abiquiu you cannot do better than the Casita de Chiparosa. If you have never been, it is worth going just to stay here. Oh and take in the beauty of this remarkable corner of the universe while you are at it. This may sound over the top but truthfully, I am already planning next year's trip.

Katie's house is in a great location. The views are wonderful. Close to town but far enough to see deer and fox in the yard. House is beautiful and Katie was helpful if needed. Never use the hot tub but it looked nice as well. Thank you for having us! We will keep you in mind when we come back!

This 3-bedroom place worked great for our group of 6 adults and our many cooking projects. Had everything we needed - blankets, cookware, kettle, microwave and oven and stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms. One bath is in the master suite, fyi. The neighborhood is not walking-friendly, but beautiful and convenient.

Comfortable, clean, and updated. This is a very nice home in a gorgeous rural setting. Would not hesitate to stay here again if I’m in the area.

This was the perfect get away. It was intimate and accommodating. The view was beautiful. It was close to stores and restaurants. We would absolutely do this stay again. Thank you.

My wife and I took our two little dogs with us for a weekend get away. The Condo was stocked was well stocked with dog friendly accessories from food and water bowls to treats to a leash and poop bags. Delightful back porch to grill and relax. Good access to the river. And just so peaceful overall.

Convenient alternative to hotels in Alamosa. Neat & tidy. No issues at all

This townhouse is nothing short of exceptional and we couldn't have found a better location with nicer accommodations. No issues with the interior or negative feedback. We clean a lot and it was nice to have all of the utilities available to keep it nice while we stayed. It was also great to have internet access. The owners were available if we needed anything at all times.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's place. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Also close to restaurants and the grocery store.

This was our first time to Pagosa Springs and we were staying here so we could ski at Wolf Creek. The complex is quiet with great views. The unit we stayed in wasn't as expected and didn't match the pictures, but it ended up being better overall. It was 2 units that were next door to each other and had an interior door to connect together. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. A huge perk was that we had access to 2 washer/dryers in the units which was great with our family of 5 and all of the ski clothes we washed daily. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. Our only complaint was that the internet went out right around 9pm each night, but it did come back on after a few minutes. The location is extremely convenient to Walmart, only about 10 minutes from the main street with lots of restaurants and shopping, and roughly 35 minutes to Wolf Creek. It snowed our last day and the complex was quick to clear roads off. We would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed here with my daughter for a spring break ski trip. This place was perfect for us. We were super comfortable, the location is beautiful and nearby a great pizza place and burger joint. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. For being on this side of town, getting to the ski area was quick and painless. I would absolutely stay here again!

This place was fantastic with the views over the lake and towards the mountains.
