Vacation rentals with a patio in Challans

Ideally located accommodation, everything is within walking distance in this neighborhood. The place isn't very big but it's well arranged. The neighborhood is quiet. We had a great stay. Thanks to Christophe for his responsiveness during our exchanges.

A great sea view, very bright apartment. Hearing the sound of the waves, eaten in the loggia facing the sea, beautiful beach is great. We had a great time at Franck's apartment. It is very well equipped, with beautiful sea views. The rooms at the back are quiet, and the private garage is a plus that will be appreciated in high season. At the end of the year, parking is easy on the street. You can get everywhere on foot: shopping, bars and restaurants, beautiful walks on the seafront. We'll be happy to go back!

The studio is well placed, enough to go out, eat just a few steps away. Instructions for accessing the home are clear. Attention: access, base front door. Convenient furniture, well laid out studio, comfortable. Very good communication. I recommend it for short stays.

Anaïse was perfect and adorable 👌 Her studio is located in the grounds of a house so noise and tranquility were great. 🙏 Easy to park on the street and 5 minutes from downtown by car so great 👍 The accommodation was very good and with all the necessary equipment Only small downside was the wifi because there wasn't any There is an internet connection in the studio but it is wired with an Ethernet socket There is a cable provided but it is about 1.5 m long. So not practical for watching your series in the evening in bed which is 5 m from the socket 🙄 A small wifi repeater would be a plus or a 5m Ethernet cable will do the trick 😉 Either way, I recommend it. 😎

Our stay went superbly. Bruno is a very responsive host, attentive to the well-being and comfort of his tenants. She is a very nice person. The accommodation was clean, spacious, bright, well arranged and above all in a quiet environment. Everything is available for a pleasant stay. We therefore recommend this house without so much as a second thought and will return with great pleasure if we are passing through Nantes or its surroundings again.

Perfect stay! The accommodation is well located (shops within walking distance, close to the beaches and Pornic), it is perfectly equipped and in impeccable condition. Everything is as described and as shown in the photos on the site. The garden and pool are a real plus, a peaceful oasis! Thierry and Alexandre are also very welcoming and nice, we'll be back with pleasure. Thanks to them!

Pleasant accommodation. Quiet. beach and shops 100 meters from the accommodation. (Bakery, creperie, pizzeria, grocery store, butcher and restaurants) Parking for a car in front of the property. Good bedding.

A perfect stay at Lorraine's! A warm welcome, a nice, well-equipped, impeccable and quiet house. 5 minute walk to all amenities, and for bike lovers, the garage is a real plus to park car and 2 wheels! The sun was at the rendezvous during our stay, so we were able to enjoy the small enclosed garden beautifully planted and not overlooked! In short, the accommodation is perfect for a short or long stay and we will be happy to come back on sunny days! Thanks to Lorraine and her mom who make every effort to make us feel at home! Accommodation ideally located between the Plage des Dames and the city center in a peaceful area, the accommodation is very pleasant, functional, recently renovated but retaining the charm of the small houses of Noirmoutier. Excellent stay at Céline and Fabien's. The house is ideally located on the seafront. Very easy to access the beach. The house is comfortable, with everything you need to cook, you can feel that it is a lived-in house with warm seaside decoration. I'm used to my region and I'll be happy to come back.

Great little apartment, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Surroundings are very scenic, with great beach and coastal path. Location is quiet and yet very convenient, with various restaurants, shopping and tourist and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity. Especially for families, the additional offer of the holiday settlement (pool, table tennis, playground, etc) is also a plus.

Very well-equipped and very clean accommodation. As described. ok for 2 adults and 2 children. Hosts accommodating for schedules. Beautiful environment and well maintained. The pools delighted both young and old. Recommended ++ even if the price was on our high range. We would happily stay again! Thank you

Very pleasant stay in this apartment which is comfortable, with everything you need and as described (the bathroom may indeed seem small for some people, but it is indicated in the listing). The accommodation is well located and the residence is in a quiet and wooded setting. Personally, I didn't have any problems picking up 4G (red sfr), but it may depend on the operators.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Pretty clean, well equipped, bur the furniture and equipment was a little old. In winter it was quite and comfortable. Close to the ocean, birds were singing a lot❤️
