We had a very enjoyable week at La Cantinière. Great for a quiet retreat, and to catch up with family and friends.

Great stay at Thierry's house. He was very responsive and all the information was clear. The house is very functional and has everything you need to have a good time. The garden is lovely!

Welcoming, warm house. Ideally located. View of the sailboats in the port, to the rhythm of the tides. Everything is within walking distance. Thoughtful and efficient hosts. A flowery and relaxing garden. very good bedding is important.

The barn is really very spacious, very well furnished and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back, Josselin is very responsive and accommodating, thank you again.

We were a group of 7 friends, and had a great time on Île d'Yeu. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet, which is very convenient and pleasant. The living room is very spacious, and the environment of the house is peaceful. Thank you to them for their responsiveness and hospitality. We recommend renting Alain and Isabelle's place to stay on the island of Yeu.

The stay went very well overall. We were well received and the accommodation met our expectations. The house is located in a residential area close to the center and the beach. A small downside on linens that must be added to the original price and the fact that the rooms in which the games are located (billiards, darts, foosball) are a little cramped to be able to play easily. That being said, I recommend it!:)

The place is great for spending time with family or friends. The location is great with a superb sea view. Everything is done on foot, shops, restaurants, markets… thank you for hosting us.

The house is as described, well arranged, clean, spacious for our 4 families with children, the kitchen is very well equipped, it is located 5 min walk from the beach and ten minutes from the small city center. Three quick notes though: - optional sheets/towels (certainly indicated in the listing description but I think that given the rental price it should not be an option) - a little more annoying: there are no basic groceries (oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher product,...) or basic hygiene (toilet paper, soap, washing machine product, garbage bag,...). Not practical and conducive to waste. - finally, the cleaning is not included (also mentioned in the description), surely to raise awareness among tenants but to be taken into account especially if the keys have to be returned at 10 a.m.!

Pleasantly surprised, in the photos it's beautiful but in reality it's beautiful. The peaceful environment, total calm, it did us a lot of good and rest. I will be sure to take my next vacation in this place. You can go with your eyes closed!! Really well hosted, if we had a question, Mrs. answer right away! She is super nice and kind. Really enjoyed our stay, shared between 2 families. Lovely, spacious home which is well equipped and with great outdoor space. Rural location with shops and small towns a short drive away. Small leak discovered half way through our stay but Pierre was responsive throughout and helpful with our initial queries. Would recommend for families - thanks Pierre.

Nice and well thought out house! The pool is really the highlight. Comfortable bedding. A second fridge may be missing given the number of people this house can accommodate Solène was attentive to us, check-in and check-out times very flexible!

Everything about it was excellent We all enjoyed the house It was ideal because it's 10 minutes from the golf course and in a peaceful, quiet and pleasant environment. The house is perfectly equipped and very comfortable We all love

A very good weekend spent with family at Franck's, who greeted me with a smile.😊 Pool at 28 degrees, very nice. We spent our entire weekend enjoying the garden, pool, terrace and of course the plancha. It has everything you need to have a good time. Good luck and maybe see you next time.😃

We had a pleasant stay in Brem sur Mer. The accommodation was perfect (well-equipped and nicely decorated). Accessible bike paths for family rides, along the sea or in the forest. We were also close to "Les Crins de l'Auzance" for horseback riding and pony rides for the kids.

A super large house with 4 bedrooms and everything nice on the ground floor! Sweet and good reception from Mireille, that was also very pleasant. Within walking distance of a bakery, fishmonger and supermarket, a nice market in the square weekly. Our kids enjoyed it too. Small station is within walking distance and always easy and the trains certainly do not make any noise. In short, wonderful house to relax and unwind.

Excellent weekend. the accommodation is perfect, lots of space both in the kitchen, the living room, the bedrooms and the outdoor space is very nice and unobstructed. the big plus is the very convenient laundry room with the second fridge. I highly recommend this listing and Laëtitia is the perfect host. i can't wait to get back to that
