It has a bedroom with sheets, a bathroom with towels, and a living room with a sofa, 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven + microwave, fridge-freezer, and espresso machine. There are all kinds of shops nearby, the Sunday morning market is 90 m away, the train station is 200 m away, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

Renovated former farmhouse on 2 floors: very quiet, with all comforts! Nuits-Saint-Georges 10 min, Beaune 15 min, motorway 10 min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. We offer our haven of peace in the heart of Burgundy in Saint Mard de Vaux, 25 minutes from Chalon and 30 minutes from Beaune. Quiet and relaxing accommodation in an old barn that we have fully restored. Guests can enjoy the hiking trails that pass at the foot of the accommodation. For wine lovers, you have nearby the Route des Grands Crus which crosses the most prestigious part of the Burgundy vineyard.

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.

You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
