One of its assets is its accessibility in public transportation (bus, streetcar, train).

Come and enjoy this very warm and cocooning house, in the heart of the vineyard and 15 minutes from Bordeaux, peaceful and green environment. The house consists of a kitchen, living/dining room, laundry room, separate toilet, bathroom and 3 very spacious bedrooms including a suite with shower room. The beautiful terrace overlooking the vineyards is private and the garden is shared with our studio located at the bottom of the garden (which also has its own terrace).

Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.
