Also close to the faculties and 700 m from the center of Pessac (cinema, market, restaurants, shops). The entrance is completely independent and you can arrive at any time thanks to a key box. Ideally located near Bordeaux, 35 minutes from the Arcachon Bay and 10 minutes from the Great Bordeaux Vineyards (Haut-Brion, Pape-Clément). In a very quiet residential area, we welcome you to this well-equipped accommodation with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The studio has a private garden area with garden furniture and BBQ as well as a free parking space right in front.

Charming 25 m2 studio. Ideally located in the Alouette district, the accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac and close to the Bourgailh forest. Close to all amenities (bypass and bus nearby and tram 15 min walk). The accommodation, adjoining our main house, is composed of a main room with living/sleeping area (140 bed), kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided. The exteriors are still being renovated...

You can enjoy a privileged environment between Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay and the great lakes of the Landes. Close to all amenities, you will appreciate the garden for relaxing moments. You can also benefit from public transport with bus 78 at the foot of the accommodation or the train at Gazinet station to go to Bordeaux or Arcachon.
