Totally independent apartment above our garage, 150 m from the tram to Bordeaux center and 1 km from the access to the ring road to be on the beach or in the vineyards of Saint Emilion in 45 minutes. Also close to the faculties and 700 m from the center of Pessac (cinema, market, restaurants, shops). The entrance is completely independent and you can arrive at any time thanks to a key box. Charming 25 m2 studio. Ideally located in the Alouette district, the accommodation is located in a cul-de-sac and close to the Bourgailh forest. Close to all amenities (bypass and bus nearby and tram 15 min walk). The accommodation, adjoining our main house, is composed of a main room with living/sleeping area (140 bed), kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. Linens and towels are provided.
