This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

It couldn't have been better. The location is fantastic in the pedestrian center of town in a courtyard. The very large shaded patio with fragrant jasmine, colorful vines, and kumquats, the well equipped kitchen with tons of teas and coffees, the comfy beds - we never wanted to leave. Cristiano used to be a theater scenograph and it shows in the eclectic decor. Both Cristiano and Sara were absolutely charming - they run the enoteca downstairs (don't miss their various cheese and hams!) - and provided very helpful info on parking, restaurants etc. The unit is one easy set of stairs up, and Cristiano helped get our suitcases up. There is one bedroom and a foldable sofa on the first level. The second bedroom and bath are on the top floor mezzanine via a a spiral staircase. The only downside was that it gets quite hot in that bedroom and the A/C was not sufficient. But all in all, it was an exceptional stay. We can't wait to be back!

Amazing place to stay and enjoy all that Citta San Marino has to offer. Stefano went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly for our arrival, and the home was beautiful, clean, and with the best view ever!

House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect place for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but just a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with numerous dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he solved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

Norma was an absolute treasure, and her home and family were lovely. The property sits overlooking a lovely castle and a beautiful church with great views on the other side. The property has a great pool with plenty of privacy or interaction with the family, I only wish I spoke more Italian to be able to sit and chat with her lovely in-laws! Norma offered great recommendations for day trips, and overall the local area was great to explore. My only advice would be the usual: rent a smaller car to make life easier! Sitting on the patio overlooking the castle, with a glass of wine, is a memory we will never forget, and is highly recommended. Whether during the day or after the sun has gone down and the fireflies comes out (weather permitting) it's a Tuscan treat you won't want to miss. We truly felt like a part of the family and would love to return to her home the next time we come back. Truly a wonderful experience!

Marianna's apartment is easily accessible and convenient to get to the city center on foot. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Donata is a great person very friendly and speaks english fluently. her place is up at a mountain with lots of green ,trees and mountains. when we got there she had made us homemade bread , cake , cookies, yogurt milk, espresso machine for us ready for the next morning. . The only problem is that you need to drive a car there and not to be afraid to drive in tiny roads .

Gabriel was a very good host. Despite our problem, when the key was stolen, he helped us very promptly. We are very grateful to him for that. The kitchen was well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised by the basic foods: sugar, salt, vinegar, olive oil, coffee.

Stefano is a great host, very easy to communicate with and help you if you need it. The apartment was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. Was in walking distance of shops, train station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying with Stefano and would love do do it again in the future.

Apartment quiet, very clean and well-equipped, nothing was missing, with nice little touches and parking, which is a bonus. We'll be happy to go back.

House in the center of Riccione, a few steps from the sea. There are all the comforts that you usually do not expect in a vacation home. Really a lot of attention to detail and a strategic location. Super responsive host and ready to respond on every communication channel. We will return

You're right on the beach, which is great. The area does not look inviting at first glance. There is no private parking, but on the street there is actually enough space. Check-in and key are all via cell phone.

Really amazing apartment, more beautiful than in the photos. There's a new bathroom. In addition to the table and chairs, there are two sun loungers on the terrace. Look for a beautiful beach in front of the house. Close to restaurants, coffee and beautiful walks. Max was a fantastic host, very nice. We didn't want to leave and I believe that we will return sometime.

Roberta has always been available, kind, and responsive in communications. He gave us extreme flexibility for check-in and out (it was a low season period of the year, but it is never taken for granted and we really appreciated it). Shortly before arrival, he provided us with instructions to leave our car in the courtyard of the house, very useful because everything in the area is paid. The house is spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything that is listed. Nothing was missing. The location is really strategic, and the neighborhood is very quiet. Final note, we had cancellations from fellow travelers at the last minute, and Roberta promptly removed the extra beds, which she had already prepared, to give us more space in the living room, and also accepted the refund offered through Airbnb! Flawless experience :)

apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

Our stay in Teodorano was simply fantastic! The accommodation is super nice, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. Antonella, our hostess, was totally warm and made us feel right at home with her open manner. Her husband was also super helpful and supported us in everything – both are just wonderful people. And the best part: Antonella is a fantastic cook! As a surprise, she even gave us something delicious for the onward journey – what a lovely gesture! We really enjoyed the time there and would definitely come back. Absolutely recommended!

Stefano and his partner, Arina were fantastic hosts. The apartment was perfect. Big balcony, great amenities, great location near the harbour. It was one of the best stays we have had. We were sad to leave. Thanks guys 🙏💕

I am hesitant to post about this spot because I feel like Cervia is a hidden gem for anyone looking to travel anywhere near Bologna. We adored this town - the forest, the farm, the salt flats, the harbour, the beach, the seafood, and we happened to be in town for a huge festival so saw parades, archery etc. thanks to Alice's helpful suggestions. We enjoyed this so much. Also the smell of the garden was such a bonus. Gorgeous.

I can highly recommend this studio if you are staying some days in Cesena. It is very central and it is nice and everything is there in the flat for you to feel at home. The host is very helpful and responds immediately.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and with a delicious aroma! Beautiful, bright and well-ventilated environments. We had everything we needed for the three days we were there, a place to park the car for free on the street and close to everything you need on foot, very close to the beach without moving the car. I recommend it
