New very nice modern apartment 🤩🤩 with an elevator, blinds, mosquito nets on the windows, air conditioning, very clean. Nice terrace. Julia takes care of every detail. There is no problem with arrival and departure as it is on site. Very good WiFi. Great location, close to the free beach, good restaurants, shops and other attractions. It is a great pleasure to relax😎😎

We felt very comfortable. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is even bigger than we expected. It is located between many other hotels and restaurants. To get to Rimini in the city, there is also a direct train. The public beach is also very close. All in all a great place to stay!

Really clean Bnb, with all the items you need for your stay. The owner is very friendly, playful and available to any of our questions or requests. Very nice gym, it's the best spa ever tried (best experience to have).

Both Emiliano and his wife gave us a very friendly welcome and showed us everything in the flat and explained us where to do some shopping , have good pizza or a real Italian ice cream. The flat was top with two nice rooms and to fully equipped bathrooms and in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Another positive was the possibility to park our car next to the flat.

The only downside, looking from the app and the information was that there were other people above us, but despite this, the place is so big that it's like being alone. Lovely place perfect for large groups of friends, well-stocked and with plenty of leisure possibilities. Very well maintained, always kind, friendly and helpful host. A magnificent experience.

We stayed there with our three children in April. Very easy to park and access the apartment. Everything you need to stay is there. The apartment looked bigger in the photos but it is quite spacious and comfortable for a family of five (two nights). The apartment was very clean and modern in terms of amenities. A little tip: improve the coffee machine😊. Host was very responsive and understanding. Thanks!

My brother and I had the pleasure of spending a long stay at Garbriele's. Property located in a very strategic position, just a short distance from the village. Immerse yourself in nature and total relaxation!Perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The owner, Gabriele is a super helpful host, he will also be able to suggest the best possible activities in the area. A totally positive experience that we certainly recommend to those who want to escape the chaos of cities!

We were well received, a very nice house where we relaxed. Maurizo tried to communicate with us as well as possible, although his English was not always easy to get along. But despite that, he had explained everything well and clearly. We even got a day of breakfast from Maurizo, super sweet! Everything was also super clean

We stayed for one night in this room. Nothing to say! Everything as described: clean, modern, equipped with all the necessary comforts and really great breakfast. We also really appreciated the location, close to all the main tourist destinations of the Romagna Riviera but just outside the chaos of the town center. In addition, the kindness and courtesy of Emanuele and his family is really a plus. Highly recommended!
