Very large, comfortable, clean and in a quiet area. Mrs. Fedora is extremely helpful, kind and proactive, meeting us for check-in needs. Very satisfied with the stay.

The apartment is furnished very artistically and cozy. The hosts thought of every small detail and matched with the overall idea of style. Seems like a lot of effort and heart put into it. It feels like you're living in an ancient fisherman's house, but with all the necessary modern amenities. Natural materials provide a pleasant coolness to the apartment. There are air conditioning on both floors. It is possible to cook a meal if you need it. There is a "maximytė" nearby to buy anything you will need. There is a self-service laundromat by the shop which is open until late. The apartment is located in the ancient fishing district of Rimini, where people of the artistic soul are settled. The facades of many houses are tastefully decorated with drawings. No car traffic. There are people coming to this neighborhood from other places in Rimini just to take pictures at some more sympathetic home. The whole neighborhood has become like a Rimini postcard. You go out in the morning or evening and understand that you live in the postcard itself. A couple of steps away-Tiberius bridge.

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

Very friendly and helpful hosts, a clean place with an unbeatable value for money. Very close to the city center and yet quietly and privately located. A fenced courtyard was worth gold for us as dog owners. Parking is a little limited. However, a public parking lot can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We stayed in this beautiful, independent apartment for 10 days. All the information provided by Gloria turned out to be extremely accurate. The location is strategic to enjoy both the sea and the canal port and the center of Cesenatico. The spaces in the house are very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is super well-equipped and very clean, the bathrooms look new, and the rooms are also worth a good judgment. Also available to guests are very useful bicycles, many children's books and games, towels, and beach umbrella. Unfortunately, the bad weather did not allow us to take advantage of the garden but we will definitely come back so we can try the outdoor environment. Although we did not have the pleasure of meeting Gloria in person, she still made us feel at home. Thank you very much! Nicoletta & Family

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

An all-round beautiful vacation destination if you don't want to explore the area on foot. A great big house for many people even in bad weather.

valentina's place is beautiful, the photos reflect reality, it is located inside a residence, with reserved parking), in a quiet area, but close to a supermarket (10 minutes walk) in Viale Dante(10 minutes on foot), with a very large nearby park, with a play area for children and dog areas for those who, like us, travel with the dog. He welcomed us by Valentina's husband, very kind, he explained what he had to and suggested some right place to eat, the apartment is very clean, it is not exposed to the sun, the terrace is fantastic, spacious, with space to eat and a nice comfortable duck (contested by everyone), for our dog they gave us a rug with a bowl and a small mangerice for him, we really appreciated the bathroom sheets of three different colors, so we could be distinguished, thank you for your hospitality

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

It was one of the best vacations we had in Italy! One of the best airbnbs we've stayed in. Super private, quiet, peaceful, relaxing, etc. Everything we needed and were looking for on this trip. We had two wonderful weeks with Martina. The house, pool and landscape panorama were a dream. Everything exactly as described! The Marche region is simply beautiful and not yet flooded by tourism. Matteo is a great host , the apartment is’ top in a quiet area but 2 minutes from the sea . I stayed with two dogs and I have to say that the small courtyard is perfect!

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

Fantastic and quiet location with a very large property. The house has a wonderful covered terrace. The proximity to the sea and the old town of Fano are perfect. There were only two of us in this house and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the stay. We want to spend the next vacation there again. Excellent communication with Nik and Lirim.
