Small apartment, newly renovated, with view over Higuerillas and Playa Negra and Playa Amarilla. One Bedroom, one bathroom, small kitchenette and living room (living room equipped with Bed sofa). Bed sofa is comfortable but i would say it is for One adult or a very in love couple or two children. Large Terrace, parking space and access to buildings pool (same floor level) and barbecue spot. El departamento es INCREIBLE, tiene una hermosa vista desde la terraza, muy comodo, todo impecable , moderna cocina y una acogedora decoracion, se nota la preocupacion, cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa, tiene un entorno muy lindo sector tranquilo para pasear con niños y disfrutar en familia... Maria fernanda una excelente anfitriona muy amable y cariñosa ,siempre disponible para responder, nos encanto todo de seguro volveremos !!

Fabi fue una anfitriona excepcional. Proactiva y flexible. El departamento muy cómodo y con una vista al mar ideal para una tarde de relajo. El ambiente tranquilo y sin ruidos nocturnos de relevancia. El lugar estaba totalmente equipado y limpio. Un lujo de lugar y de anfitriones.

Un lugar muy hermoso para desconectarse y relajarse admirando las vistas a los bosques y al inmenso mar 🌊 la casa estaba equipada con todo lo necesario y más, nos sentimos demasiado cómodos y en casa, los amaneceres y atardeceres se ven en todo su esplendor, agradecemos a Jaqueline que fue un amor y en todo momento estuvo muy al pendiente si necesitabamos algo, muy preocupada de que estuviésemos cómodos y no nos faltara nada, su amabilidad hace que uno se sienta familiarizada con ella y su hogar...esperamos volver pronto a esa hermosa y mágica casa 🏡 ❤️

A magnificent property with a clear and reasonably wide view portion of the beach. Very large windows in the master bedroom, and the main room made the apartment, very bright and cheerful. It was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the beach area. It’s a wonderful town where people are friendly and most seem genuinely happy. Victor was very highly proactive in ensuring our day went well. He willingly accommodated our request for a late checkout and was completely understanding when I told him I had broken a dish while washing dishes. Victor also brought us beach towels upon request. One of the kinder hosts you’ll ever meet. I don’t think it’s mentioned in the listing, but there is a small swimming pool on site, with a sitting area around it.

Absolutely superb stay! While we were still in Thailand Marta asked if we would need any extra things in the apartment, told us everything about the apartment and how to get there. Later our flight from Sydney was delayed by 8 hours but Marta was in touch and coordinated for Valentina to meet us for check in late afternoon, thank you for that! As for the apartment - everything is perfect, gorgeous view of the ocean and sunsets, all necessary appliances, heaters, TV with Youtube and Netflix, good internet, large terrace and parking space in the underground parking. Big Jumbo within walking distance of the house. Nice beautiful cafes around and sand dunes. We had a wonderful stay this month. Marta helped with everything, she is a great host and person. I wish you all the best and will definitely contact you again when we return to Chile!
