The place is amazing. As shown in the pictures. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a spectacular view. Marcela really stands out as a host, she is attentive and very kind, she even waited for my puppy with a little gift. I would 100% recommend. I would definitely come back.

Super nice apartment, cozy, clean, good access and proximity to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets. The hotel pool is very good if you don't want to go down to the beach. The only thing I would change is the refrigerator, which is a little noisier than usual, but it's not something that will bother you on a daily basis. Highly recommended!!!

A 10 out of 10 accommodation, the apartment is very spacious, with all the amenities, as seen in the photos. The view is wonderful, the terrace is perfect for 4 people. Gonzalo gives you all the instructions very clearly and responds very quickly. We would definitely come back.

I felt very safe at all times, which was critical for me. So far, it's been the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. Very nice apartment and very good view and location; communication with Katherine was very quick and everything was clear. We would have liked to have a bath mat to get out of the shower, other than that, everything was very good! We would stay again

I loved the accommodation, the host's service was great, the place was beautiful, the view from the balcony was very nice. Everything was tidy and clean, access was very simple, private parking, residential neighborhood, a great cafe nearby, the supermarket a few blocks away and the dunes too. We were able to use the heated pool in the facilities. We were two couples and we had a great time. Perhaps the only aspect to improve is that it would be good to have a couple more kitchen utensils, bowls/salad bowls, and perhaps salt and sugar, but the truth is that despite that, it was a great stay and an extremely comfortable place to rest and disconnect. The beds were very comfortable, and although I missed watching TV lying down, the truth is that it helped me to rest completely haha Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!!

This is the 4th time we've stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

Our stay at Francisco Javier's apartment was wonderful. Very bright, it was spotlessly clean and everything was perfectly tidy. The host was super friendly and helpful at all times, check-in was very easy and hassle-free. The location is unbeatable, in a very nice area, with restaurants, supermarkets and the beach within walking distance, not to mention the beautiful view we had from the balcony. Without a doubt, a totally recommended experience. It was our first visit to Concon and we would definitely come back!

I'm happy to stay again, very complete, comfortable and a wonderful view from the apartment and with 2 parking spaces, the place is safe and quiet. It also has the amenities and more, I felt right at home, there were even games to share. Thanks for letting us stay at your home.

It was the best stay I had in airbnb so far. Beautiful ocean view and Julio was really attentive and nice. Cute and always full if energy dog was also good company in the house. I highly recommend this place!

The house comfortably accommodated us all (5 kids and 10 adults), and the pool was a fantastic amenity. While we encountered a minor water issue, Ignacia promptly addressed it. The property itself is incredibly relaxing and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Please note that there is an additional house on the property that can also be rented separately. Fortunately, no one rented it out during our stay, allowing us to fully enjoy the pool and surrounding areas without having to share :). The only suggestion I have is increasing the number of pots and pans available in the kitchen. While the rental cost was significant, it's reflective of the property's overall quality. Ignacia was an exceptional host, maintaining excellent communication throughout our stay and readily addressing any questions or concerns. The two German Shepherds that guard the property, are incredibly friendly and affectionate - and they were great with the kids!

The place was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Luis is very kind. Recommended for spending a few days in the region.

The condo is a luxury, the house is very large and nice, the central heating works perfectly.
