David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

First, one of the most friendly and responsive hosts - people - ever! Made themselves available when we had small questions. The location is just lovely-walkable to trains, local coffee, grocery store right there. Feels a little like Sliver Lake in LA. Very clean, and good for absorbing a tired family at the end of a day.

Geert was a great host! Very communicative and took care of everything for us. The space was big, beautiful, quiet, and had everything we needed in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommended for a group of a few people!

Excellent experience, the place was very nice and had all the amenities you need. Perfect for resting, with nice decoration and certainly the tranquility that is hard to find in Santiago. 100% recommended and the host was very kind, we will definitely stay again if we are nearby.

This place is absolutely magical. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Santiago and a perfect place for a family to relax. The place is huge and we were able to entertain guests there without any worries. The pool was clean and warm. The beds were so comfortable and the lounge room and outside space was perfect for our large family to relax. Sandra and Christian were very responsive and were able to help us right away with any issues. We had a great stay and would love to come back ❤️

The apartment is exactly as advertised, everything is excellent, quiet, comfortable. The area has a lot to do and places to eat. It was really worth it and I'd go again. Karen was an amazing host

Everything is good, the instructions are very clear, close to downtown Santiago, a very good view, and it has everything you need to have a very good stay! Recommended!

Marco made all parts of staying very easy for us. We were only there one night to rest on a long plane flight so did not explore very far but the location was good and it was surprisingly quiet for such a central area. l loved the art work and decor. Beautiful. Thank you for hosting us Marco.

All very good. apartment well located. Excellent neighborhood. New building. Voltaria for sure. The only point of attention is that on the front avenue there is a lot of noise from passing cars, whoever is most sensitive to noise may be bothered. Excepting that the rest is perfect.

Great accommodation in Santiago. The apartment is very comfortable and has all the amenities a traveler needs. It is very well located, close to markets, restaurants, shopping and subway station. Although there are many things close to the building, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Everything went perfectly well! Maria Alejandra is an excellent host! Always very friendly and kind, she did everything possible to make sure we had a great experience. He gave us very clear instructions for check-in/check-out and even kindly sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants and leisure in the neighborhood. I certainly recommend that you choose this place for your next trip to Santiago.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

This is now my fourth time staying at Philip’s place—and that should say it all. I’ve loved it so much I just keep extending, week after week. The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located in one of the best areas of Santiago. I couldn’t be happier here. Philip is an excellent host—responsive, thoughtful, and consistent. This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! The hostess is considerate and polite. When entering into apartment, I find heater was already turned on in a cold night. Everything was arranged nicely in the room.

Absolutely the best airbnb I have stayed in. The views will take your breath away. Andres was so helpful and responsive. Apartment was immaculate and as described. perfect size for me. I was here for work and finally was able to step away and feel feel comfy and at home and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Thank you so much for everything. I hope is available when I return. Great location, beautiful surroundings, perfect space.

This apartment was fabulous and had great views of the city and the Andes. It had a small but perfectly formed balcony where you could sit and admire the views while enjoying a glass of Chilean wine. It was within walking distance of the historic sites and there were some good local bars and restaurants. It was just above the metro which we used frequently definitely a cheap and quick way to get around Santiago. Carlos was a great host, extremely helpful responsive and a really nice guy who could not do enough for us. He recommended a good variety of restaurants for us to try in both Santiago & Valparaiso. Overall a great visit!
