The "Bad": Just as a note for the hosts and for other customers, confirm that the facilities work, because we were 2 couples and we wanted to use the 2 jacuzzis to watch the sunset and one was inoperative and the other had thermostat problems so the water was cold. A beautiful game room, but the pool cues are broken and another one is missing the tip. Lo Bueno: Beautiful place, beautiful view. Spacious and comfortable, well-controlled access. Good gym, nice park overlooking the waterfront. Strip center within walking distance for groceries. Safe and very clean place.

Beautiful apartment for up to 4 people. Very spacious, organized, with everything a tourist needs. The building has amenities available to all guests, such as a swimming pool, gym, game room, and green spaces. One step away from the beach and the mall. There's no need to move the car. The area is safe, and very quiet at night, despite being in a commercial area of Viña. An excellent choice for those looking to enjoy the beach, the sea and shopping in Chile's most important stores. Fernanda, the host, is always attentive to any questions, responding very quickly via email.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable depto. I had a theft problem from my wallet and I had to go and report to the IDP so when I asked them to withdraw a while after the scheduled check-out, they allowed me to stay a few more hours until I returned from the procedure. Really very kind and helpful.

Large enough apartment, we were 6 adults, we were able to cook, there was everything to cook like kitchen items. The location was excellent, close to the shopping center, supermarket,restaurant, and especially close to the beach. The dining room also offered a beautiful view of the beach. Mike responded quickly to our requests. I would recommend it without hesitation, especially for a family of four to six people.
