Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

Very beautiful apartment in a great location. When we checked in, we were met with a very nice host (we didn’t get his name) who showed us around the apartment and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We definietely recommend.

Responsive and accommodating host, no complaints.

Our stay at Mattia’s place was unforgettable. The view from the balcony is amazing and was the highlight of our trip. The apartment is extremely clean and had everything we needed. Mattia was a great host and went above and beyond to answer any questions or help us if we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony with a coffee just watching the lake, and there was a fire to make the place cosy when it got chilly. We were able to enjoy a dip in the lake with the private stairs. The apartment is a short walk from a bus stop which will take you to the main places you need to get to. There is a nice shop not much farther, and also a nice restaurant for dinner if you don’t want to go too far in the evening. We will definitely be returning to mattias apartment. So far, it has been our favourite place to travel to and we can’t wait to come back to lake como.

An unforgettable stay in a charming place! The interior is clean, bright, and well-furnished: perfect for solo travelers or couples. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, it allowed us to feel at home right away. The garden is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and very quiet: sitting outside to eat or simply read a book made our stay truly enjoyable. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we return to Lugano! Thanks you Peter and Laurence :)

Beach 5  minutes away. Great place to explore the surrounding cities.

We’ve had a very nice stay at Marinella’s apartment. She’s quick to respond, is very friendly, and was kind enough to welcome us in person. The apartment is squeaky clean, nicely furnished, and well-equipped. It was perfect for two people. The location is also great, the flat is in a 3-minute-walk to a bus stop, the central area is easy to reach. Thank you, Marinella, for welcoming us, I can’t recommend your place enough!

We had a really great time. Gianna's kindness and availability made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and the panoramic view from the terrace was simply breathtaking.

The place was really nice, there were some minor details but we sorted that out, the hosts were responsive so it wasn’t a problem!

We really enjoyed our stay with Simone. Communication and Check in was really good and clear. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. The bed is heaven. The apartment is in a quiet but charming residential area and you reach the city center in 10 minutes by foot.

We had a lovely time during our stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and gave us recommendations on places to eat and activities to do. We were given clear instructions on how to check in and out and would definitely come again.

Monza itself was an unexpected delight to explore, and Isabella was a remarkable host. She was full of local ideas and interesting options for exploring nearby Milan and Northern Italy from this Monza apartment. From this location, it is an easy walk (20-30 mins) or bus/taxi to and from the main Monza train station. From there you can go north to the Lake Como area and beyond or south to Milan and anywhere the trains run from that regional hub. Her recommendations for transportation, both public and private transfer, were especially helpful.

Large, very functional and perfectly clean accommodation. Many hikes in the immediate vicinity, lakes can be reached in 10 min by car. Decoration that gives a soul to the home. We had a great stay at Marco's.

Great place with plenty of space. It had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of free parking, as all the spots are paid. Otherwise, Richard was an amazing host—super nice, helpful, and responsive!

Very good communication, flexible. Nice family of landlords :-) The place was everything as described, comfortable beds, we slept very well, quiet neighborhood. It is easy to get from this place to Milan,Monza, over Como and many other places of interest. You can park two cars by the building. We recommend staying with Benedetta, Lucci and Stella.

Super nice space and 1 min from the train station. It's very secluded and clean. I recommend this place to stay for those who want to visit Lake Como. We always traveled by train and were able to visit several villages easily from Dervio station.

Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

The apartment is simply fantastic, especially the view of the lake. The kitchen as well as the bathroom is fully equipped, you feel like home. The hot tub and sauna are super easy to use – there were clear instructions on notes on site so you didn't have to ask questions or contact anyone. Everything was self-explanatory and uncomplicated, totally pleasant, especially if you just want to have your peace and quiet. It was the same when you checked in. This was also done on instructions and you could practically check yourself in. The organization is great! Thank you for this lovely holiday! We will be happy to come back. From us there are 5/5 stars!!!

Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. We loved staying at Silvia and Dante’s place upon recommendation from a friend. They were easy to communicate with and provided us a document with recommendations and helpful tips before arrival. When I asked for additional recs, Silvia responded right away. Would definitely stay here again and loved Como town.

Lisa's place is located in the heart of Como, making it the perfect place for a stay, to get around the city, or to just unwind at the end of the day. Having the TV and fiber internet was a great advantage for those planning to do some work while on vacation, and was a great place for our family. Among the many beautiful places in Como, there are many nice playgrounds for small children, excellent shopping and dining options nearby, which make it very convenient for guests to stay there. I would highly recommend it, and I will definitely use it on my next visit to Como.

We had a great time at Gianluca’s place. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Despite a bit of a language barrier, they were very helpful with anything we needed! When it rained they offered us and umbrella and got us in touch with a taxi driver to catch our train on the way out of town. The rooftop view is beautiful and we really enjoyed this area. Not too bad of a walk to downtown area (15 - 20 minutes) and the scenery is beautiful so we didn’t mind at all. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in como!

Very well-equipped and well located apartment that has an extaordinary view whether from the bedroom or living room/living room. Private access to the SPA area is much appreciated . We loved the small touches of Mattie & Els as well as the clear and fluid communication. We'll be back with pleasure!
