Monthly Rentals in Ceppo

The place was great. It has a great view of the bay. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed on the booking page. There is plenty of parking on the street. if you're lucky, you can get pretty close to the apartment but worst case it's about 20-30 meters. There are a few restaurants relatively close (12-15 min walk). The walk to the train station in La Spezia is around 40 mins. Overall, it is well located and a good choice if you're coming by car. Finding a car parking spot in the city itself can be quite difficult.

Perfect place to stay and explore Cinque Terre. Incredibly comfortable and conveniently-accessorised place. Would stay again! Luca was very helpful and his place has everything you need for a very cosy stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Massimiliano's place. Beautiful building with stunning views of La Spezia and spacious apartment. The Osteria allows us to have breakfast (Thank you Silvia for the good cakes!) and we can even cook and dine with other travelers if we wish. The start of the hiking trail to Riomaggiore is right at the entrance of the residence and it's really a plus for hikers who want to visit the 5 Terre on foot! We recommend 100%.

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting La Spezia / Cinque Terre / Portovenere! Giancarlo is absolutely a one of a kind host. He not only picked us from the train, but offered to take us to the train several times depending on where we were going. He was able to translate to communicate with us to show us around the area and the home itself. The three of us had a comfortable stay—the place is in the hills which had an amazing view and outside dining area. You’ll find everything you need inside the home. Comfy bed, and also there is a sofa bed! There’s even coffee and sugar :-) Stay here for an unforgettable trip!
