"APARTMENT LA VELA" max 7 people, Viale Garibaldi 1A, La Spezia 19121 (SP) La Vela has an area of over 100 square meters and is located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator. Recently renovated with modern and elegant interiors to offer you a stay of excellence, comfortable and functional. The apartment is very bright, and from the terrace with table and chairs, you can enjoy a pleasant view of the city. The apartment consists of a large living room, kitchen and three bedrooms with private bathroom. From the living room you access the terrace overlooking Viale Garibaldi. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, hob and espresso machine. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms (2 double and 1 triple). The rooms are furnished with modern and elegant design, they have their own private bathroom complete with spacious shower and hairdryer. - triple room (double bed + single bed) with private bathroom - double room 1 (double bed) with private bathroom - double room 2 (double bed) with external bathroom in front of the same room. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi and each room is equipped with satellite TV with foreign channels and safe. The washing machine is placed in a closet adjacent to the kitchen. It also has clothesline, ironing board and ironing board. The apartment is rented with full supply of sheets and towels. It comes with an assortment of coffee and tea to make your stay even more enjoyable. A camping cot for young children is available on request. Animals are not allowed. It is forbidden to smoke Air Conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The apartment is at the complete and exclusive disposal of our guests. From the moment of your arrival in La Spezia, we will always be present at the check-in for the delivery of the keys of the apartment. The apartment is in the historic center, a few steps from the pedestrian area with shops, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. And on Fridays, coming out of the door of the palace, you will find yourself in the fun atmosphere of the characteristic market. The apartment La Vela does not have private parking. You can unload your luggage directly in front of the apartment and find parking in the immediate vicinity of the structure (both paid and free). Upon your arrival we will be at your disposal to indicate the most comfortable solutions. Paid car parks (blue strip) are located along the road and in the immediate vicinity there are free parking (the large car park in Piazza D’Armi and some spaces in Viale Fieschi). ATTENTION: Every Friday in the street of the apartment (Viale Garibaldi) the characteristic market of the city is held. For this reason the viability of cars and buses is modified and the road is only one-way. It is therefore not possible to park in the street in front of the apartment from dawn on Friday morning until the end of the market (about 19:00). La Casetta dei doi fre'

My accommodation is in Acquasanta Marola near Campiglia about 2 km, trails of the CAI, about 9 km from Portovenere, about 10 km from Riomaggiore, the first village of the Cinque Terre, public transport (BUS) at 50 meters, railway station at 3.5 km. You'll love my place for these reasons: the atmosphere and comfort, the place is located on the ground floor, the parking is free and usually easy to find. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and furry friends.

Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.
