Me and my boyfriend stayed at Dylan’s with 3 others for 3 days and it was a beautiful, clean home. We had no issues with anything . Dylan responded to us no problem, the house looked even more beautiful than the pictures, the pool was a good temperature, the hot tub was our favorite thing in the backyard. We used the fireplace and it was really nice as well as the grill, we loved making food on there too. Overall it was an amazing experience Dylan was great with communication and hospitality. I would definitely book with him again.

What a beautiful home! This gem in Mohawk is a must stay - Dean’s home was spotless when we arrived for the weekend. So much space for us to enjoy inside the house and a great outdoor space with a very clean pool! The weather didn’t cooperate with us to enjoy the pool but the water was crystal clear. The people around were town were extremely friendly - a local police officer pulled over to show our kids his patrol car and let them see how the sirens work. Dean’s home is a must stay for you and your family!

This was a terrific stay. The hosts communication from beginning to end was as good as can be expected. The home was cozy and well appointed. The property was beautiful and peaceful. 5 stars, will recommend and return again. Thank you!

Jay was so responsive to us and all of our needs. His uniquely designed home was a perfect back drop for celebrating my weekend get an away! The beautiful outdoor space, the sprawling interior, and the extremely well stocked kitchen are all the things that made the trip extra special and easy. Thanks for a great stay!

My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing time at the Little Owl Teahouse. It’s a cozy and well-outfitted cabin with a super comfy bed and a great leather reading chair. Drank lots of the delicious mountain well water. Made breakfast in kitchen — love the pans and electric cooktop. Short drive to Woodstock for dinner. And oh the beauty of the surroundings - scenic views everywhere. Our two little doggies were happy to romp in the fenced in yard. Little too chilly when we were there but pool looks so appealing. Lisa is a proactive and super responsive host.

The house is really gorgeous. Everything was very new/modern, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking meals in the kitchen overlooking the stunning view out the back. The hot tub and fire put were nice amenities to enjoy. The BBQ seemed to not be working, but other than that, no complaints. Location wise, the property is located in the northwest Catskills, near Stamford, NY, and convenient to many hiking spots in the area as well as nearby towns. The property itself its up on a hill, in what felt like a secluded and private spot, which made it feel like a real getaway and retreat. In sum, recommend this Airbnb for the nice amenities, modern touches, and amazing view.

If you are looking for a retreat in the form of a home away from home, I highly recommend Waterfall House. The landscape, scenery, and waterfall provided a peaceful environment. The home is very well appointed, which made us feel at home and comfortable. Nice amenities. The waterfall provided a beautiful, tranquil sound that lulled us to sleep—no sound machine was needed. Plan to drive a bit for groceries and entertainment, but it's worth it. We stayed at the property for our son's graduation from Syracuse, so we had to factor in driving time. Still, it was a nice respite at the end of the day, and we enjoyed sitting near the window to watch the waterfall as we relaxed in the evening and over coffee each morning.

We had a very nice stay in Kristina's home. Her communication with us was great, and she was very flexible and accommodating. We would definitely stay at her home again in the future.

Everything was perfect. Immaculate. Glad they got A/C installed. Cafe/Bar across street was good food and fun with pool tables. Convenient to Syracuse and Oswego. Great restaurants in all three places. Mimi’s in Fulton has best breakfast. Cinnamon bread, toast, and waffles were my favorite! Thank you Jessica and Dennise for your hospitality. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights, wishing we booked for longer. From the second we walked through the door we were super relaxed. The whole house is decorated for a very cozy feel and the house was super clean. We did not leave once we got there until check-out and never felt bored or like we needed to get out of the house. This house has everything you need to cook, relax there is also plenty of things to do. We loved the air hockey table and I spent most of my time in the hot tub which is right next to the river. If you book this place you won’t be disappointed!

Nooshin's home was amazing! Extremely grateful we were able to book this home for Cornell's Graduation. It was a 10 minute drive to the school and a perfect location that accommodated all of our needs. It had a great living room and kitchen that served as a good place for our family to hang out and spend time with one another. Thank you!

Audrey's place was the perfect spot for a cozy night away. Everything was exactly as described and shown, Audrey was incredibly responsive and flexible with a later check-out time. The best part was the creek in the side yard- such a relaxing place to have a beer in the evening and a coffee in the morning. We lucked out finding this spot!

Beautiful place! Nicely remodeled - decor set a comfortable, calm atmosphere. Comfy bed. Great bathroom. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect for a single person or a couple. I highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay. This was the perfect place for our family to spend time together. Peaceful lakefront living! The kayaks and paddle boards were put to good use. Debra was gracious enough to leave us some goodies, s’more fixings, and even toys and treats for the dogs. I would definitely book this house again.

A beautiful home on a beautiful piece of land. A river runs through this property and you can hear it flowing all day. The house is beautiful and full of unique pieces. It feels like you’re staying at a friend’s house, not just an airbnb. We will stay here again!

Beautiful spot, modern and clean house. We loved the hot tub, super clean. Nicely designed and decorated house, great views. Bring bug spray if you stay in June, the black flies are intense. Great hosts, would definitely stay here again.

This house was absolutely spectacular. The gorgeous, architectural design highlighted its natural surroundings while providing all the thoughtful comforts of a home away from home. Each window is carefully placed to frame the greenery and let in the perfect amount of light throughout the day. From the steam shower to the towels to the linens, the amenities provided were comparable to those offered at a luxury hotel. The hosts were super responsive and welcoming. We couldn’t recommend it more!

This was hands-down, my favorite. Air B&B ever! We hope to return and spend more time on our next visit. We were literally immersed in and surrounded by nature and it was so beautiful and peaceful. It also felt like home the minute we stepped in… like going to a friend’s “country weekend” place where the books, puzzles, games, records, artwork, handcrafted pottery, electric blankets, dog beds and more (!) just make you feel at ease and in comfort. This place is so loved and it shares that love with its visitors. Thank you to the owners for sharing such a special place!
