The barn is a cozy and unique space, situated on 27 acres of meadow and forest with a pond for swimming, fishing, and ice skating, depending on the season. There is no highway noise on the dirt road, and the stars shine brightly on clear nights, giving the place a true country feel, yet it’s still only a five minute drive from downtown Ithaca, Ithaca College, and Cornell University. Feel free to enjoy and play our piano, any stringed instruments, and extensive record collection!

This is our home away from home where we love to go in our free time. The house is 10 min drive from Hunter mountain or Windham. Great for skiing in winter / hiking in summer. WiFi: YES! B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.

Beautiful whole upper house. Owner or host might reside in lower apartment, but you will be notified if anyone is there. Great location. Save on gas, walking distance to drug store, grocery store, all the village shops, restaurants, bars. Next to snowmobile, bike trails, skiing, and the beautiful Moose River. Enchanted Forest is 5 minutes away, and walking distance to beach, and boat rentals. Quite neighborhood with school and field across the street.

Tivoli Star Gazing Cabin

Down a long driveway, set amongst 100 year old trees and meadows, the cabin offers time in the quiet country though only minutes to the lively village of Tivoli. With a wrap around porch for morning coffee, fire fly viewing or star gazing. It has a soaking tub, with a hand held shower. The cabin is part of our family compound of a main house and a small garden hut. Each property has an independent outdoor space for relaxing and privacy.

Located between beautiful Canandaigua, Keuka and Seneca Lakes.

Whether you are an outdoor adventurer or prefer to relax and get cozy, The Pine Tree Getaway is the perfect place for you. This property is just over 1,100 square feet, was built in 1980 and has been renovated with a more modern feel while still keeping the charm of a mountainous retreat. You will have a stunning view of the face of the mountain, which is beautifully lit at night, from the back deck and the master bedroom.
