Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. The barn is a cozy and unique space, situated on 27 acres of meadow and forest with a pond for swimming, fishing, and ice skating, depending on the season. There is no highway noise on the dirt road, and the stars shine brightly on clear nights, giving the place a true country feel, yet it’s still only a five minute drive from downtown Ithaca, Ithaca College, and Cornell University. Feel free to enjoy and play our piano, any stringed instruments, and extensive record collection!

This is our home away from home where we love to go in our free time. The house is 10 min drive from Hunter mountain or Windham. Great for skiing in winter / hiking in summer. WiFi: YES! Enchanted Forest is 5 minutes away, and walking distance to beach, and boat rentals. Quite neighborhood with school and field across the street.
