Cabin vacation rentals in Central New York

Highly recommend if your solo and just need a short but quiet getaway and the hot tub and farm animals and chickens and roosters are a plus

My wife and I had a wonderful birthday getaway. We got to bring our 2 cats who got the best safe outdoor experience. Having a little waterfall next to us made it heavenly. The heater in the tiny cabin worked way better than expected which made the experience much more comfortable. It was romantic, unique, relaxing, and memorable. I also have to mention the sign Sam made to welcome us. It was so thoughtful! Never had that before!

Beautiful Airbnb. The hot tub was clean and perfect after a long day. There were plenty of extra towels and the bathroom was gorgeous. It felt as if a lot of thought went into setting this place up so we would have everything we could need - from wood for the fireplace to lighting around the hot tub to coffees and teas for the morning.

What a great stay ! We choose a lot of our vacations based on reviews- which were spot on for Naomi’s cabin. The cabin had a great flow to it, spotless clean, very comfy beds, cozy - and walking in to the smell of fresh baked Pumpkin bread was amazing!! BBQ, smores bar, and hot tub were right outside the sliders and were awesome. We would definitely return!! Thank you again!!

We enjoyed a quiet long weekend at Robert’s cabin on the lake. It was cozy during the rainy days, and perfect for sunny mornings on the dock. Great secluded location, a quick ride into town but we drove to Lake Placid most nights, which is just a 15m ride. Note there is a busy road across the lake, but it didn’t lessen our experience in any way. Would love to come back in summer when the lake is safe to kayak! Bed and linens were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful modern cabin in an ideal nature setting. Hot tub and sauna were perfect! The night sky was stunning ! Great restaurants, hiking, farms all within 10 minutes. Perfect 2 day get away! Amazing host. Extremely responsive.

Such a beautiful spot to relax and take in the Finger Lakes region! The home is gorgeous, amenities pristine and the personal touches such as s’more fixins and coffee were so appreciated. It is off the beaten path of the main wine trails and that is exactly what we were looking for! We got to explore a hike or a few wineries and then head back to the peace and quiet and enjoy our wine in the comfort of the home. Our kids loved exploring the trails on the property, the game room was such a perfect bonus and Naples has such good restaurants and wineries/breweries that we didn’t have to travel to more populated areas unless we wanted. Perfect for families as the streaming tv, game room and kids area on a different floor allowed for our kids to have a blast and us parents to watch a movie and read upstairs. Perfect setup. Such a recharging and beautiful trip! We hope to be back!

Our stay at Canary Cabin was truly wonderful! It’s a perfect private location that is close to town and anything you may need! The place was clean and so many details made it cozy and comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect for a small breakfast and dinner. The hot tub was the best way to end the day. Thank you Amy for your hospitality! We will be back!

Very nice place, if you’re thinking doing a getaway to somewhere peaceful and quiet,celebration or get together this is the place you’re looking for. The Owners are very nice, great communication. Looking for something to hike or fishing, this is also the place you can look for many nearby places. Overall experience is very nice place to stay, very clean, a lot of comfort in the house. Will sure comeback again!

Beautiful location...nice and quiet. 7 or 8 mins to woodstock. Decorated seemingly professionally. All the appointments (convennces) you could ask for.

The home was absolutely stunning! Exactly like its pictures, cleaned to perfection, and stocked with everything you need! The host was super communicative and helpful with any questions we had. 10/10 spot I recommend!

Oh my! Exceeded my expectations. Internet was exceptional for telework. Cabin so cozy, clean and the beds are SO Comfortable. Sarah offers a wonderful stay without breaking the bank. If you're wondering...... absolutely book it!

I loved everything about our stay here! The cottage was extremely lovely and peaceful, with an especially fantastic library! Jessica was very responsive to a question I had about check out times, and all instructions were as clear as the house was clean (very). Highest recommendation!

Don't think, just book it! Nitin's cabin is so close to Cherry Springs State Park so if you're stargazing you're in for a real treat! It is very spacious, and had anything and everything you could ever want to be comfortable! Our whole family loved staying there. The beds were all so comfortable, the blankets soft, and there are lots of extra little touches to upgrade the place like lots of spices, crockpot and other appliances, good shampoo and soaps, along with games and books. The yard and outdoor furniture is very private and had it not been raining, I know we would have had the opportunity to enjoy it! We look forward to coming back!

Had a nice three night stay at Jilian's. Very very quiet location no road noise at all. Friendly dog came to greet us! Very comfortable bed. Good value .

We had the best stay! It was very beautiful and relaxing. Ed was extremely kind and reasonable. We can’t wait to return and try out some of the on-site activities. Ed gifted us with some of his own maple syrup and it’s clear he and his wife are dedicated to what they do. Very much recommend :)

We had a fantastic stay here. It’s a very cute and cozy cabin, and well appointed in terms of amenities (well- stocked kitchen, plenty of extra blankets, great selection of board games). We loved the remoteness and privacy. Jessica was communicative and accommodating to our group. I’d highly recommend this place for an off the grid experience.

John is a very warm and approachable host. He was there to welcome us and show us around the cottage. He was available to quickly come over when we needed something and is overall really pleasant. He was kind enough to let us know that we could use a part of his property that is enclosed to let our dog off-leash and play. The property feels very private, by a beautiful quaint meandering stream. The interior of the cottage is spacious and free for clutter with a more than capable large wood fire furnace. The outhouse was as clean as it can be.

Staying at the cabin was the best stay ever nothing compared to this peaceful place ,Melanie was the best giving suggestions for places around there Woodstock town is beautiful we will definitely be coming back thanks for everything

Thank you Nancy for sharing your wonderful property with others. Your place is clean, fully stocked with whatever you could need and just a fabulous place to chill-ax. Loved hearing the howling coyotes in the distance at night and watching the deer meander on by at dusk. Your attention to detail made my stay simple a weekend to remember. Highly recommend.

This place is exactly what I want when I book a "Secluded Cabin" there are no other Cabins or sites around. It's quiet and the stars are so close and bright, The fire pit is big, The inside is also perfect for anyone who just wants to enjoy the small things in life. My Dog had a great time in the pond as I sat at the fire, I'd most definitely stay again. Just be prepared for a small walk to the cabin if the ground is wet. There's a wagon you can use to haul your belongings to the cabin in.
