Staying at Tim's was a fantastic experience for our family. We felt at home, part of a community made up of kind and welcoming people. Tim is much more than a host: he is a friend who makes his best to make his guests feel at ease and he is one of the most generous people I have ever met. The house is lovely and is in a pleasant place. We would like to return in the future.

Absolutely gorgeous place. Was so peaceful and nice. Meghan was friendly and responded very fast when we needed something. Would love to come back and enjoying the kayaks on the beautiful lake again!

This was our second stay at Patty and Liam’s place, and we loved it just as much! Cozy space, gorgeous view, and close to both trails and towns. The included breakfast was a treat, especially the homemade maple syrup. Liam was super welcoming and shared great local tips. Don’t miss the unit with the hot tub—it was a real treat after days filled with hiking. Highly recommend it!

This house was the perfect place for our family get together. We were able to use both dwelling and socially isolate while indoors. The grounds are extensive and nicely cared for. There were plenty of gathering spots outdoors where family could gather comfortably while maintaining distance. These are cray times, but this property was well suited for our family needs. The garden is gorgeous and there was plenty of room to spread out for a softball game or badminton, but intimate enough to find a nice corner to read or just relax. The location was very good as well. It was a short distance to the walkway over the Hudson (30 min) and to Lake Minnewaska State Park (40 min). This was our first trip to Hudson Valley but will not be our last.

Linda's place looked very nice and the location was convenient for me. It wasn't until I pulled up to the home, that I realized that I had stayed there before nine years ago. Linda didn't realize I had stayed there before when I booked the place. It was great as it was before. I was able to come and go as I please and had my own bedroom and bathroom. Everything I needed was there. Linda allowed me to use her computer a few times for work I had to do which meant I didn't have to lug around my laptop. She put out breakfast every morning and I had nice conversations with Linda and her husband. I plan on making more frequent visits to the area to see family and I will always check to see if Linda's place is available. Wonderful host and great place to stay.

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

I just can't say enough about Kyle's unbelievable cabin. Having stayed before (and will again), the owners are constantly adding to the amenities, upgrading the cabin and just adding to the perfect experience. The cabin is huge enough for a big group, and just cozy and comfortable enough for a relaxing family retreat. The kitchen has everything you need, bathrooms are spotless and plentiful, the great room is just that, the play room and pool table is perfect for rainy days or fun nights, and the view is unmatched in the Catskills. Super private but minutes from town, nature and wildlife everywhere, and comfortable as can be. Plenty do do in Delhi...great golf, skeet shooting, world class fishing, hiking, and the best dairy farm probably on the planet (Clarks Farm) are all within a short drive. I can go on, but I suggest if you're looking for the perfect Catskills home away from home, in the perfect area, with the perfect host...take my word and book it ASAP!

Amazing location. walk to downtown with a gorgeous view of the lake from one of the bedrooms. Definitely a great spot for lovers of all things Victorian and antique! if you have severe cat allergies be sure to pack Benadryl. No cat smell but my crew had a couple who have severe allergies and were OK with Benadryl.

A wonderful stay in Picton! Beautiful place, conveniently located, and great hosts.

I had a last minute change in my itinerary that Kelly was very understanding about. I will stay here if I'm ever in the area.

I can’t say enough kind things about my stay here. I immediately felt such a warm welcome, the space was gorgeous and charming. My room had stunning light that came through the stained glass window every morning to greet me. The breakfast was lovely and substantial. The local recommendations were all great (especially the dinner I had at the local spot on Main Street). It’s exactly the kind of hospitality and vibe you’d hope to get from a classic BnB. It rained one day I was there and I was equally as happy to stay in working on art, eating dinner by the fire. Can’t wait to return!

I was late arriving and very early leaving. l did not need breakfast, but she still made coffee and banana bread. Very comfortable bed.

Happy to stay at Kathy's place. She welcomed me in first thing and we had a lovely chat about the history of the farmhouse. The guest area was charming and cozy, and the property and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Even on a pre-spring rainy day in March, it was a spectacular sight from the porch. Truly appreciated the fruit and banana bread as well as access to additional food and drink during my stay. Everything was clean and fresh and the mirrors were low enough for my short stature to see my face in (which is something I always appreciate). All in all an enjoyable stay!

This was a comfortable, accommodating place to stay in great location for visiting wineries. We booked a dog friendly room, and were welcomed with our pup at the brewery on site and in the breakfast area. (It’s cozy, so consider how well behaved your dog is near other people.) Breakfast was a good value to consider when booking. There were scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage waffles, yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, toast, bagels, juices, and coffee. Even gluten free options with their own toaster. It seems like most rooms had a view of the lake, which is lovely for sunset. Our room on the first floor was handy for the pup and had Adirondack chairs. Staff were lovely and very welcoming.

Linda's place is exactly as described. Photos were identical to what you got in real life. Quiet area, 12 minute drive to Calicoon and Bethel Woods, about 20 to Narrowsburg where there are lots of cute shops and restaurants. The sunroom had a beautiful view of the fall foliage. We loved coming back at night and starting a fire to get cozy (much needed since the room was a bit chilly). Linda was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. Jerry our host was present to help us get settled and tell us more about our stay. Our room was bright and comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful and presented with care. We enjoyed visiting with other guests at breakfast too! We left with nice memories!

Our experience of staying with Nancy was unmatched by any other airbnb experience. Nancy goes above and beyond in every way as a host. She is endlessly thoughtful and generous and her abilities as a chef are out of this world! She made us several impeccable breakfasts, sweet treats, and dinners. Additionally, the setting feels about as idyllic as it gets. What an incredibly peaceful oasis! I can’t recommend Owera Winds BnB enough! We would absolutely love to come back one day!

My wife and I stayed at Jes' place for three nights. The house is is gorgeous, with the rooms impeccably decorated and furnished. All furnishings supported the heritage of this magnificent historical mansion. I had reserved the smaller room for our stay, but Jes was very kind to upgrade us to Room 2, a very large, well-decorated room with a beautiful and very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom is very large with two separate sinks and a large shower (and separate bath tub). We took advantage of the downstairs rooms, where there are comfortable chairs for reading or just relaxing. There are beverages available to have while relaxing. I highly recommend Jes' place if you're looking to stay in the Trumansburg/Ithaca/Cayuga Lake area. You will feel very at-home and not disappointed. Make your reservation early to try to get Room 2!

What an awesome place, and an awesome host! I had an eight-hour drive to make when I left. Priscilla volunteered to serve breakfast at 5:45 AM. Great breakfast. Great host. I even got to relax reading a book in front of the fireplace. It wasn't lit, but still so cool. She offered to make a fire and I declined. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Travis Lee

Absolutely loved Juliana's cozy place in Prince Edward County. Everything about the stay was great. We loved the morning after breakfast which was all homemade! Definitely would recommend!

The Catalpa House was the sweetest bed & breakfast you could find in the area. Ellen was so kind, cooked us up an immaculate breakfast and gave wonderful recommendations for the short amount of time we had in the area. The room was super comfortable and she was extremely accommodating to anything we need throughout our stay. The town is a very sleepy town with not much to do, but beautiful surroundings. There were trails and a waterfall hike just up the road that kept us occupied and that we enjoyed the morning after our stay. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Kathy was incredibly flexible and responsive as our travel plans changed a little bit! We are grateful for that and her welcoming space during our daughter's college graduation weekend!

Madeline and Kenn are super hosts for a reason! We loved our stay in the Carriage House! The pictures just don’t do it justice. The space is way bigger than we expected in person. If you stay in Ithaca, you must stay here. Super cosy, friendly staff (including Olive the pup!), close to the Commons Downtown, and the hosts are always willing to help with local recommendations. P.S. don’t miss out on Madeline’s brunch each morning, it’s delicious and made our trip! :)

This was perfect for our long weekend in Geneva. My wife and I were up for my 40th college reunion and wanted to be within walking distance of the Hobart and William Smith Campus. Linda's Inn is a quick (8 minute or less) walk up Pulteney Street to campus. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast room offered a variety of coffees, teas, and breakfast foods (homemade muffins, fresh bagels, cereals and other offerings). The bathroom was beautiful too. We did not use the tub (which looked enticing), but did enjoy the wonderful and spacious shower. Linda was/is a friendly and gracious host. We will definitely keep her Inn in mind for future trips to Geneva.
