Vacation rentals with a home theater in Central New York

This was our first time in Prince Edward County and we are so happy that we decided to book our stay here! ❤️ Our hosts, Denise and Mike are absolutely the best! They’ve anticipated everything that we would need and they certainly made us feel very welcome. We love the interior of the place as it gave us cozy, county feels with modern touches that instantly made us feel right at home (couldn’t help but take pictures!). We also loved the charming balcony deck as it was a perfect spot to just reflect and relax. Restaurants and shops were within easy walking distance and Denise & Mike even gave us tips on where to go and what activities we could do. The free Sandbanks pass was very helpful (thanks guys!) and they thoughtfully left beach chairs, parasols, and a beach bag by the door for us to use. It’s like everything was thought of and prepared for us in advance and all we needed to do was enjoy the county - and we sure did! Definitely recommending them to our friends and family.

Genuinely one of the most charming and delightful airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Julian was super communicative and he gave us plenty of suggestions for places to explore in the area. We will definitely be back!

Thank you for the lodging. This unit has a lot of potential! I made use of the projector and even broke out my darts which I’ve been traveling with my for a year and a half and not used the entire time. That was fun! Unit shows it has been loved and lived in but also has a clean open layout and modern fun amenities like a small foosball table and an arcade machine loaded with a large selection of games like PAC Man, Dig Dug, Galaga, and many more. The key fob thing took a little getting used to but it was fine! If I play Syracuse again I’ll definitely look at these units again. Thanks!

The place was super cute and homey! The aesthetic was adorable, and all of the appliances were spankin new and clean. The Murphy bed was cozy and the home theater was awesome. I loved that you can heat the recliner and the massage setting was nice as well. Vanessa was very responsive and helpful to answer any questions we had about the place! The process of checking in and out was easy and straightforward. A lovely little place to stay overall. 😊

We absolutely loved our stay at Semkin’s place. The apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed and was in a lovely location. Bonus points for proximity to the indoor water park! Semkin is a great host and the apartment was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Appreciated the attention to details, especially the needs of young children staying over - they had age appropriate games, plates & utensils, high chair, pack & play. Nothing was missed. The house was cozy and had plenty of functional space. We would have loved to utilize the pool area in the backyard, if visiting in warmer months!

We had an amazing weekend in the Catskills thanks to The Nest at Swiss. We brought five kids and 5 adults and we had the greatest time. Plenty of room to spread out while also a ton to do. We watched movies, played cards, made pop corn, built fires, smoked meat, went fishing, kayaking, played endless games of manhunt and monopoly. The Nest was set up for everything. We really enjoyed the short walks into Jeffersonville and hanging out on the decks. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect for Memorial Day weekend it did not matter to us. The Nest is also really close to Bethel Woods and we took him to concert on Saturday night super convenient location. The house was fully stocked and had everything we can think of. We had a very nice stay for Mother’s Day weekend. Cozy, homey country house adorned with plants and all the amenities we needed. Great outdoor space with a fire pit, walking trails, and a little creek. We also enjoyed the spacious, comfortable sectional and large projector screen for watching movies! Our favorite thing about Kurt & Lea’s place, is the location. If you don’t mind walking, Woodstock shops are only about 20 mins walk down the road. Set next to a scenic creek, Bearsville Center is also less than a 5 mins drive down the road. There, you can find a live music venue, a pub, and restaurants. The Bear cantina has good Mexican food and a solid frozen margarita. There’s an organic grocery store under 5 min walk from the house. We recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed a lovely stay, as did our dog! The house was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies - even had olive oil and a spice rack. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Lots of games and puzzles. The WiFi worked great! My husband had to work while we were there, including video calls. He work in a few different spots in the house, including upstairs, and the WiFi worked well. The neighborhood is in a wooded area that made you feel part of nature, while the neighborhoods are quite close so you don’t feel alone. They had a dog bed for our pup, which was appreciated. There is a spacious open backyard. We had some deer visit, so we always had to be outside keeping track of our dog knowing wildlife was ever-present. The hot tub was clean and refreshing on a cold rainy night. If we had a clear night I think we would have seen every star in the sky it was so dark. We had a great time on our own, but it would also be great for a group of friends. We’d stay again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! We loved the beautiful and eclectic style of the home, definitely a wonderful family experience! It was clean, comfortable, a great location and very easy to settle in for our family of 10!

This was the second time staying in this house. We love it! So spacious and spotless!! Has everything you need plus more. Very comfortable environment. My family was staying this second time for my fathers funeral. They were very thoughtful reaching out asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay any better. They were in constant contact. I would highly recommend this air bnb!

This home was cozy and very convenient to walk to lots of restaurants and shops. The neighbourhood is beautiful and felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
