Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

We stayed here in 2014 and it was always my dream to come back. It was even better now with the treehouse! I can’t explain how special this place is! The location and the activities on the property will keep you as busy or as relaxed as you want. Between the hiking trail right behind the house to the river access and the treasure hunt around the property, the whole experience was amazing!. The hundreds of hummingbirds that make this place their home and the squirrel and bird that eats out of your hand, all make for a very special stay. I highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Idaho Springs has so much to offer for any adventures! Hiking, beautiful mountain ranges to visit nearby, rafting, atv/e-bikes rentals, hot springs, paragliding, and it’s close to red rocks! Our hosts were truly amazing and it was nice to meet with them for a drink on our way out. They were also flexible with our checkout time which allowed us to squeeze in one more activity on our last day which was really kind of them! The property is absolutely gorgeous and we will be looking forward to booking with them again in the future!
