Villa vacation rentals in Cenaia

Monti di Luna was a perfect accomodation for my family of 5. Paola and Simone are caring hosts, provided excellent communication and were very responsive before and throughout our entire stay. The location is excellent, and the bikes provided allow you all the transportation you need to navigate Forte dei Marmi and feel like a local. The garden outside is simply lovely and incredibly peaceful. We cannot wait to return!

Maria's home was stunning with beautiful flowers all around it. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. There is a gorgeous marble staircase to the bedrooms upstairs with another bedroom on the main floor. It was an easy drive to La Spezia to take the train to The Cinque Terre region. We enjoyed Pisa and Florence also. It was a great vacation for a family of 5.

Great villa in absolutely beautiful location. Thoughtful touches such as cot bed made up and toys for our child to play with. We were 5 adults and one child and it felt like we had plenty of room and weren’t on top of each other. Lots of fantastic outdoor areas so there was always somewhere to catch some sun or shade depending on mood. Beautiful sunsets from the terrace by the pool in the evenings. Lots to do locally in terms of exploring local towns and villages. The beach at Cecina is perfect for families with young children - lots of parking, sun loungers, cafes and a playground. Also a nice wooded area for walks. Would definitely recommend.

Elena's house is beautiful, the design is much better than it looks in the pictures, it's very spacious, with everything you need! the outdoor space, the garden and swimming pool are really great! we had great time!

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Pool was great. Perfect for a large family. Owners were very helpful and available when needed. Rooms were hot overnight but this is expected in peak summer in Italy.

We are 2 couples in our early 60s. We adored the home. The surrounds and views sublime. We cooked and loved sitting in kitchen as sun set. Ahhhh. We enjoyed a drink in village at a little store. Our favourite meal was at Nazionale (book or you won’t get in). The lady there is areal character you will get to like her. The agricento restaurant also good. Coop had groceries. The village of Radicondolli is just beautiful. We drove to many places from there. Siena, san Gin, the Terma Antica ….. ( warm mineral waters with spa) nice to be spoilt. Try the other small villages around Radicondoli, we did better than larger ones, like castle d’elsa. Fabulous museum. Our hosts Francesca and Lorenzo were welcoming and met us on arrival. Each room was well separated with ensuite each room. Kitchen fully appointed. Italian coffee pot (buy you ground coffee at coop in town), some basic condiments. Roomy showers, one bath, lots of room to spread out. Herbs in garden.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Typical Italian House, very large with large bedrooms and equally large toilets. Being a typical Italian house, old though with good structure, it remembers those very large mansions... decor is felt in another time! Quiet place. Host is 5 stars, always responds promptly with solutions. The possibility to hire Lunch or Dinner service for some special event, in my case, a birthday that was a magical evening, with typical Tuscan dinner very well prepared, decorated, tasty with live music (jazz).

Here is the final version of the review: --- We had a wonderful stay! The property offers a breathtaking view of the sea that we enjoyed every day, especially at the fantastic sunsets. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained, perfect for relaxing. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, which really helped us relax. We also particularly liked the olive trees on the property, which gave the whole thing a special charm. The hosts were always available and very helpful. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with fantastic amenities!

The villa has an Old World vibe, but with modern amenities. It was a great place to stay and cook and dine. This was a nice location to base our Tuscany exploration from. The hosts helped facilitate a wonderful home cooked meal by Vilma upon our arrival. The hosts were also very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. You will love this villa!

We had a lovely time at Giorgia place! The views were stunning and tranquil just what we all needed! The terraces were sunny at different times of the day . We had great fun using the Pizza Oven. Also the table tennis table was used a lot. We definitely needed a car and going some lovely Villages about 30 mins away Barga and on the back to Pisa Airport stopped off at Pietrasanta celebrating Art lovely shops and quirky shops etc . The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need and loved the Lavattza coffee machine ! Would definitely recommend !

We (7 girlfriends) enjoyed the stay in the villa very much! The house, especially the front yard and pool, are wonderful. Maria is great! She has sent us a lot of tips about the area (also the necessary things, such as shopping). In addition, we were surprised with a very fine cake and if you needed anything, there was a very quick response. The villa is well equipped and the surroundings beautiful. There is plenty of parking. Only the potholes and the access to the villa are a bit challenging - but doable!

The villa is gorgeous scenic experience with views of the Tuscan hills. We came in Winter so we couldn’t use the lovely pool but enjoyed a wine tasting just up the street at Tenuta Maria Teresa. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and we loved congregating in the living room to play games. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had what we needed. It was very private and tranquil location 12 minutes from Lucca. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and worked with us easily on check in and out times even letting us arrive early. It is typical in Italy to pay for heat consumption, came out to 226 euro for three days even when turning it low when gone for the day so just something to keep in mind as it is a large villa. Overall, a lovely experience and highly recommend the location. We’d come back.

I cannot say enough about Christina and our stay. If you're looking for the "dream" Tuscan experience, this is IT! The home is filled with family heirlooms & amazing "things" that just make it very welcoming. Christina is EXTREMELY responsive and even helped us find a wheelchair for free from the local Emergency Dept. when my wife hurt ankle in Florence. Christina did a "cooking class & traditional meal" for us on Mother's Day and she was there for almost 7 hours. Best way to describe it was we became FRIENDS through the experience and during our week long stay. She checked on us often to ensure our stay was great! The views are spectacular from both the front and back of her home and, when we weren't exploring, we lived on the back deck just soaking in the peace and quiet & visual beauty. Landscaping is BEAUTIFUL I HIGHLY recommend the Villa AND Christina!. Better than than the photos and was imply the best overall AirBnB experience we've had. Truly OUTSTANDING in ALL ways!

We had a great stay and wished we didn’t have to leave. The views are absolutely beautiful and lovely gardens at the villa. Irida was very helpful with check-in instructions, local suggestions and responsiveness. Kitchen well stocked and in general the house was very well kitted out for large groups of people. Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Beautiful location apartment right facing the sea. Lovely sunsets and the opportunity to swim both in the sea and the lovely pool. Would love to go back again!

I have so much positive to say about this place! Despite what some reviews mention about the drive, it's absolutely worth it. There's a small restaurant just 2-3 minutes away, easy access to the city, and you're only about an hour from Pisa and some beaches. The house was perfect—everything well thought out and worth every penny. The pool was amazing, and the host was very responsive. If you're visiting in autumn or spring, bring warm clothes for the chilly evenings. We were sad to leave, and I can't wait to come back to this dreamy property!

Villa Elisa is a beautiful villa in a secluded spot. We had a great week in the villa. There is only one comment i would like to make and it is more something to consider for the owner: the temperature inside the house is too low. There is no way to heat it. We were lucky that the outside temperature was pleasant so we stayed most of the time outside.

We had a wonderful week at Vincenzo's house. We were 2 families with children (5 total). The spaces in the house were perfect to accommodate everyone. The location, a 15-minute drive from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore and 35 minutes from beautiful Lucca, turned out to be perfect. Away from the chaos, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Vincenzo is also a super host! Friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

absolutely amazing!! Francesca made us feel right at home. the place was amazing and we definitely want to come back. the property is beautiful and great if you want to play tennis , ping pong, or swim… super fun. Francesca was so sweet, gave us great recommendations, and helped us with all our questions. She even graciously helped our grandma get a doctor to see her when she sick. 10/10 amazing !

We've just arrived back in England after a lovely May half-term week at Monica's house - around 50 mins drive from Pisa airport. We are a family of four, so the kids shared the second bedroom and there was more than sufficient living space. The gardens are beautiful, pool clean and stylish and views amazing at the top of a hill. The air con was welcome as the weather hotted up and great selection of DVDs were very useful in the evenings. We were able to visit Florence, Siena and San Gimignano easily in our hire car. With local restaurants and supermarkets a short drive away, the house remained close enough to everything we needed yet far enough away from any town for it to give us the rest and peace we needed. Thank you Monica for sharing your home with us and the great recommendations and contact - we will definitely try to book again for any other trip to Tuscany.
