The stay was very good. The house has a very beautiful outdoor area, very good pool and full barbecue space. My family and I loved the days we spent. The house is very close to the beach and a few minutes from the village of Cumbuco.

The house is excellent without a doubt, but a little far, despite having a market nearby, it did not meet our expectations, Aquiraz is a large municipality, those who like to party have to choose to stay on the other side (downtown) which is where the beach is, but it was all great because the house was great, and we were very well received

Great location, very close to downtown Carazinho, but the place is quite reserved and quiet. Everything in the house was exactly as shown in the photos. One thing that impressed us was that every day the caretaker would clean the pool, put chlorine in it and leave it impeccable for the current day, this made all the difference. All rooms impeccable. Kitchen with all appliances and the ambient sound worked perfectly. Hostess Izabelli is always available to answer any questions and help us whenever requested. We love and recommend it!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, but in person it can be even more beautiful and you can see more details that the photos cannot show. Regarding access until arrival, there are two paths. The shortest and fastest way is very good! And the longest path. The longest path access is not bad, but it ends up being 2x the shortest path. Unfortunately, on arrival we took the longest route, but on the way back we returned by the shortest. Both paths only have room for one car at a time, but it's fine. The owner always warns about the routes and suggests the best. In the house, there are all the necessary utensils and even more lol Overall, the stay was wonderful! We didn't even leave the house to do anything, the place is very good for various activities.

One of the best hosting I've ever done. The apartment and kitchen are equipped with everything you might need. Bed and bath linens included. Quiet, peaceful and safe. The doorman who attended to us was extremely kind to us. Communication with the host is quick and she is very helpful. The location is very good. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants… on the sidewalk of the building there are bicycles for rent. Anyway, I'm 100% satisfied!!

The condominium is very organized and the concierge is always accessible. The place is nice, clean and well maintained, the only point that could be improved are the items on the market. The apartment is small but cozy. Maintained furniture, soft mattresses, taps with great water pressure. It has all the items offered. The porch door needs maintenance because it needed a lot of strength to open it. Another point that took us by surprise was the distance from the condominium to the tourist spots. But overall, it was well worth this lodging.

Beautiful place close to absolutely everything that is good in Fortaleza, I highly recommend the Vignoli restaurant if you get tired of seafood, it's on the corner on the top street. Eliane's AP is perfect for couples with children, the rooms are comfortable and the pools are great for children, Eliane is very nice! I recommend it a thousand times!
