The apartment is very comfortable, has one double bedroom and one with two single beds. The pool is big is very good, wonderful. It is located in the best part of Beira Mar de Fortaleza. It is very good to walk on Beira Mar at night, I recommend.

The house is complete, cozy atmosphere, and goes beyond what it shows in the photos. It is perfect. Full kitchen and with all accessories for use, outdoor area with all barbecue utensils, brewery works well, in addition to the hammocks available and clean for rest. All areas of the house are super usual. We had an amazing experience in this house! We had a mini 15th birthday celebration for a very special girl, and everything was perfect. The house is wonderful, very well equipped, had everything we needed and more — it exceeded all expectations! Everyone had fun and enjoyed every moment. The hostess, Cidelma, was extremely attentive, answered all our questions quickly and did everything to help us. An excellent home for those looking for a little more privacy and comfort! Without a doubt Maria is the high point! The village always requests a lot and the willingness to help beyond the special breakfast! We would come back and highly recommend! The cats that remain in the residence are very quiet and did not have any impact on our stay, by the way my children liked it a lot. As a suggestion of improvements I highlight the wooden floor around the pool, it needs to be replaced quickly, the mattress/sofa sheet of the tb pool space needs to be replaced, the tb towels are already at the time to replace.

The building is old but nothing that hurt our stay because the apartment was impeccable and super comfortable! The only bad point in fact is the bathing area of the social bathroom but nothing that damages the stay since it has the bathroom of the suite that can be easily shared! By the way the suite is wonderful ! The second room also super spacious with a king bed!
