We felt very comfortable in Maria's apartment for 4 weeks. The apartment is very clean, it has everything you need for a longer vacation. The beach is just a few meters away and every Saturday there is a beautiful farmers' market just two streets away. Even for the beach, Maria has chairs and a parasol and a trolley for shopping. Loving welcome gifts, such as treats for our dogs and coffee and cookies, as well as a bottle of chilled water were provided. We highly recommend the apartment and its lovely landlady. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay in your lovingly furnished apartment.

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment! The location is simply excellent – right in the heart of the city center, yet in a quiet area. Everything is within walking distance: great restaurants, attractions, and bike rental are just a few minutes away. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and has a modern design. Special highlights were the Nespresso coffee machine, automatic shutters, and excellent air conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. Marta was extremely helpful and kind, always quick to respond to any questions. We were completely satisfied in every way, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

Such a nice place to stay. Everything looked exactly like the photos and it was very clean/comfortable. Self check-in was a huge plus as was the responsiveness of the host. I'd definitely stay here again.

A great small apartment but very well equipped. The contacts, from start to finish were perfect and the welcome very friendly. Mutual trust worthy of mention. The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

Jessica & Victor's accommodation is located in an area A stone's throw from the historic center, very quiet and peaceful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Maria was extremely helpful from the time we booked and went to extremes to make us feel comfortable. Her communication was great and she is very friendly. The location of apartment is fantastic with all the main attraction an easy walk. The bus stop is out the front if you need to go to the beach. Maria even explained that you can get a 10 pass bus card for 4 euros which we used to go to and from the beach. I would highly recommend this apartment to discover Valencia.

The best part of the penthouse is the terrace overlooking the sea. Located right on the waterfront. If you like to walk, you can walk for miles near the sea, because Moncofa is connected to other towns, which you can reach on foot. Very good communication with the host. The apartment is clean and very quiet. To be repeated. We were very comfortable.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. It was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and equipped with every comfort - it felt like a home. The location was perfect; you can bike anywhere. We'd love to come back.

Pere was a great host — communication was excellent and check-in was smooth. The apartment was clean, tidy, and well equipped (including the kitchen that makes cooking easy). The location is ideal: the city center is easily walkable and public transport stations are close and easy to reach. Overall, a great stay — I’d definitely return!

M Dolores was a super nice host! Her Apartment was clean, beautiful and quiet. The next supermarket and beach are only 12 minutes by foot away, so feeling rested and good was very easy. The main area of Valencia was 30 minutes by uber away. Gym and pool are entered by an app, which was a bit complicated while staying there, but still manageable. All in all I can definitely recommend this apartment as well as Dolores as host for staying in and around Valencia. :)

Jon and the team were extremely responsive and helpful in the lead up to our stay at their beautiful property in Valencia. The flat itself was ideal for a group stay and was, as described, a beautiful home right in the centre of old town. We absolutely loved the area and would be back in a heartbeat. Thanks again.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!

Great place near the beach in a beautiful neighborhood.

The stay was great! We really liked it. The location was very good, close to the center, about 15-20 minutes on foot. The jacuzzi was phenomenal. The only problem is the hard mattress, but there is always a second couch with a more comfortable one. Great host and apartment. We'll definitely be back!
