We had an amazing stay at Akaki and Lika's apartment. Fantastic communication thoughout, Lika was incredibly responsive to any messages we sent. Their instructions on how to find them and parking was perfect. It made our arrival in Tbilisi so much easier especially when new to a city! Their apartment is exactly as described and photographed. It was spotless, had tea coffee etc, all the kitchen equipment you would need. We appreciated the special touch of a bottle of fabulous Georgian wine on arrival. The apartment is perfect for exploring Tbilisi, easy walking to all the sites. Highly recommend both the apartment and the hosts. We will definitely be back.

The location is good, centrally located. Communication with Laven is very good. Quick and effective. The place is just what he described. He has 2 aircon/heater, one in the living room and another one in the main bedroom. Other rooms has no heater. Big balcony with view of city. During my stay, I was having a problem about the car park in the back yard. It seemed that all spaces occupied by his Neighbours. Anyway, there is public street parking in front of the apartment with 1 GEL / hour.

When you enter the apartment, you immediately feel like you've come back home. It is very cozy, warm, and comfortable. The apartment has high ceilings, creating a spacious atmosphere. The furniture and design are works of art - everything is well thought out. If you need anything, you can find it there. I must say that reality surpasses the photos. Additionally, the bedroom windows overlook a calm courtyard; we slept peacefully all night with them open. We were delighted to discover this apartment and will definitely stay again! From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house is perfect for a family reunion or a big group. Each bedroom has a bathroom with the shower, everyone had privacy and we were very comfortable! Communal areas are spacious and inviting. We loved having a garden and a grill! I can only imagine how beautiful it gets in the summer! Kitchen had everything we needed for a stay and we ate most meals at home. There are many grocery stores near by and we found a great restaurant close by (Rtveli). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, we rode taxis anywhere we wanted to go, taxis were quick and cheap. I’m glad we traded proximity to old town for the comfort this home provided. Now the hosts were the most kind, welcoming and accommodating people. They walked us through the house, made sure we had everything we needed, provided many recommendations and answered all our questions before and during our stay. They responded to us very quickly. We were so thankful.

We had a wonderful stay at Maya’s apartment! The flat is very spacious, clean, and located right in the historical center — everything is within walking distance. It was also very convenient that we could check in and check out by ourselves. Maya was always available and answered all of our requests quickly and kindly. There’s even a grocery store nearby, which made everything even easier. Thank you, Maya, for your warm hospitality and making our trip so comfortable!

one of the best houses we have ever been to. 20 meters from grocery store, 5 min walk to center. 5 min drive to ski slopes. it has parking. i repeat PARKING, which is worth the gold in bakuriani. 4 individual bedrooms with its own bathrooms. fireplace, great lounge area. well equiped kitchen. if you are big group of friends you will never be able to find anything that can beat this house. host is very helpful and responsive, with great attitude and with charming vibe. all in all it was worty evert single penny we did pay

Мы снимали квартиру Ираклия более чем пол года. За это время мы много раз общались с Ираклием и убедились что он человек на которого можно смело положиться. Ираклий всегда был очень отзывчивым и шел нам на встречу. Квартира хорошо расположена - в непосредственной близости располагаются множество магазинов и кафе. До моря можно дойти за 10-15 минут. Хорошая транспортная доступность. В квартире есть все необходимое даже для длительного проживания - посуда, бытовая техника - все исправно работает. Квартира оснащена индивидуальным отопление и кондиционером. Квартира чистая и удобная. Горячо рекомендуем останавливаться у Ираклия.

Местоположение жилья отличное. Жилье подходит под большую компанию, единственный минус, это, что туалет и кухня в отдельном помещении. А сам хозяин был очень дружелюбный и доброжелательный! Мы прекрасно пообщались и провели время.

Little Green Datcha ligger lidt uden for byen Akhaltsikhe, omringet af smukke bjerge. Du kan gå fra huset ud på en mindre hike. 10 minutters kørsel, så er du k byen, hvor der er tøjbutikker, gode restauranter og caféer, indkøbsmuligheder og et stort imponerende slot og fæstningsbygning. Ved siden af Little Green Datcha bor familien som ejer huset. De er søde og imødekommende. Vi kunne både snakke lidt, men også være for os selv. Vejen til huset er ikke den bedste, men værterne vil gerne hjælpe deres gæster, så man føler sig i gode hænder. Tag hertil hvis du vil opleve Georgiens smukke natur, hjertevarme og gæstfri mennesker, samt hyggeligt byliv. Der er en times tid til både Vardzia Cavetown og Borjomi.

This place was lovely . A cozy house with a nice little garden. .. right in the lap of snow capped mountains .. view from the rooms is like a postcard picture .. the place also has a small garden and the kids enjoyed playing there. All attractions of Stepantsminda are quite near. A SPAR outlet is also just a 10 min drive away. Alex was also very resourceful and gave some nice tips for small picturesque treks around. I would definitely recommend this to families .

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

It was out fourth time in Reva's house. This time we came for three weeks and it wasn't enough!!! If you are looking for an quiet, peaceful, healing place- this is it! Amazing high level comfort, clean air, beautiful house and fruit trees in garden (the grapes are just fantastic!!!), total privacy and big private pool! Its kind a paradise especially if you come with kids (Revas is super kids friendly!!!). All our requests were fulfilled by best! We felt in love with this place. Revas and Fati became our good friends. I'm sure we will come next summer too! Thanks you dear Revas for an amazing vacation you made for us!

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

The apartment is located on the first floor almost at the entrance, so it’s pretty easy to get inside being tired. The check-in is easy and fast. The location is great and just few minutes away from the main gondola lift and a grocery store. The floor was slightly cold, but the apartment has a heater and it still was pretty warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed, except of probably a freezer inside the fridge (I didn’t notice it before buying a frozen chicken). The one more good point is that there is a small washing machine in the bathroom, so it’s possible to fresh thermo clothing. The price during my stay was much better than at many places nearby. Highly recommend.

We only stayed here for the one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great location, easy to walk into the main part of the city. Very clean and very cosy. Would definitely recommend!
