Family-friendly vacation rentals in Caucaia

Great stay, already taken several times and the place is ideal for a good rest. You have everything without having to leave. The very nice apartment. The only caveat is about the checkout at 11am that I found too early.

We already knew VG, but it was the first time we stayed at GV Diegoflats, and it was wonderful, he allowed us to enter early to have lunch at the VG restaurant, which we liked very much. Your Flat exceeded our expectations by far, always ready to answer our questions. I highly recommend the DF Flats, especially those with an ocean view. Now our next stay will be at DF. lol. A blessed 2025 DF and team, thank you for providing us with wonderful days, even the little rain helped. lol.

Perfect place in Cumbuco. Same distance for two great kite spots Cauipe and Tabuba. Close to the center. The host was great, the gardener picked coconuts for us <3. Amazing place I think we will come back here again ;) Highly recommended!

DM apartments is very gorgeous, comfortable and Dio to rest the condo speakers have nothing to enjoy, shopping galleries and restaurants the place does not condice with the resort that makes the difference in place.

very good condominium, very good pool sector, but the beach is very windy. The bathroom and divider furniture in the studio , TV needs to be renovated or maintenance is a little worn melamine, swollen wood. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped for two and even a small child I recommend it.

The house is locate in a great area. Perfect for families who enjoy a quiet and safe place. I felt so peaceful and relaxed and definitely I will return . Walk distance to the beach. Amazing to practice kite surf.

very good accommodation according to the listing, for those who want to stay in cumbuco and lagoons around along with the dunes and great place. the house because it is older it needs some renovations such as windows and doors without braids and fans in those who need maintenance. in the most excellent house for very good big family on top of the beach.

A casa do S. Hélio is amazing! In addition to 5 suites for the comfort of all, the house has a wonderful leisure area, with a swimming pool, bar, bar, table tennis and a soccer field and tennis court. We had everything we needed and a little more in the house, especially being served every day by dear D. Sonia, who presented us with her culinary gifts not only for breakfast and lunch, but with sweets that we kindly asked her to make us. D. Sonia is the wife of S. Batista, the housekeeper of this delicious house that also served us in the most pleasant way possible. My family and I spent beautiful and very happy days at the house of S. Hélio, and we are so grateful for everything!

You'll feel like you're in your own homes. What made us feel most at ease was the fact that the decor was not sophisticated. This allowed the kids to be comfortable as well as we adults. Toys also helped the kids in the stay. It is a condominium where people respect each other, making it easy to be friends with the neighbors of the apt. The pool is super, hyper clean and the outside area of the Condominium is well looked after. The exit gate to the back allows us to step on the sand of the beach. Some will say that the place does not allow the baths in the sea because of the stones, but it is not quite like that. We happened to leave through the back gate and not even a stone. So I advise you to do as we did. If you have a stone on the beach when you leave the gate, walk a little to the right or left and you will definitely find a part with fewer stones or even without them. Ahh is the tip: when you follow the beach on the left (after leaving through the back gate, there is a wonder of nature to be appreciated. There is a river that forms a lagoon that is dry, a little full time and sometimes it comes to amend with the sea. Although we went in their winter period, where it rained a lot and then there was a very strong sunshine. In any case, it is worth going out every day to enjoy the beauty of the sea that constantly changes with high and low tides.

Apt well located, in front of the beach and close to the center. Well frequented condominium, quiet, clean, with good heated pool, kite school (kite twins) just ahead with infrastructure to fill, lift and land. All appliances work well, including barbecue, with the exception of the TV in one of the rooms, but no problem. The impossibility of canceling or changing the reservation is taken very seriously, as I tried to shorten one day (I booked wrong) six months before entry, but without success. The contact with the person responsible is immediate.

The stay was simply perfect! The condominium is super well cared for, safe and quiet, ideal for those seeking comfort and peace. The location is great, with easy access to everything I needed. The host was attentive from the start, always available and helpful. The apartment was impeccable, clean and very well equipped, exactly as in the pictures. Undoubtedly, an experience that exceeded expectations. I highly recommend and I will definitely return!
