Vacation rentals with beach access in Caucaia

The stay was excellent! Glaiseane gave us the instructions in advance and we had no difficulty checking in. Comfortable apartment, condominium with incredible space, good restaurants in the area. To top it off, a wonderful sunset on the beach in front of the condominium. We loved everything!

The house is exactly as advertised. I traveled with young children and the available structure served me very well. From the kitchen structure, washing machine and television with streaming. The various swimming pools (shallow like a mirror), in front of all the houses, make it much easier to take care of the children. For those who like peace and quiet, it's really worth it. After all, there is no commerce or beach stall in the vicinity. This factor can also be a limiting one. But there are solutions, such as markets, pharmacies and food apps that deliver. An important point is communication with the host, who, in addition to responding quickly, sought to meet all the demands I passed on to him.

The apartment is about 1 h from the center of Fortaleza and we rent a vehicle (I recommend them), and we select some places to visit, wonderful.

We spent 2 pleasant nights... the kids love the space (pool). Air conditioning from the living room to the bedrooms. There is a 24-hour grocery store that met all our needs. Full kitchen. Very good space as a whole, I recommend it. I'll be back one day.

Well, for starters, Thamires is a wonderful host! Super helpful and prompt. The gas ran out on the last day, and she quickly resolved the situation. About the house, it is very spacious, beautiful, well furnished, clean house, excellent rooms, all with air conditioning. The pool is small, but perfect for the number of people in the house. Two things that were not excellent about the accommodation were: the arrival there, because the path is a bit complicated, we followed the address on the Airbnb app, and we ended up in a place much further ahead than the address of the house. But when we put it on the GPS, everything worked out. And lastly, and not so important, I found the kitchen smelling of mold, the utensils smelling of mold, we had to wash everything before using it. But I think it's because the house is closed, and that didn't hinder the wonderful stay at Thamires' house. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. 🫶

If you want to go to cumbuco/caucaia, it is a place that is close to everything, gas station, centrinho, beach, beach club with buggy rides, supermarket, but by the announcement I had understood that the two bedrooms had the conditioned, but only 1 had, but the power of it did not supply the heat of the place, it managed to be efficient only at night/dawn during the morning/afternoon it is not enough to supply the need, but otherwise it was all tranquil, good condominium, with swimming pool, grill, field, covered parking

This was the third time we stayed at Simplicia's apartment. As always, the stay was very pleasant. The apartment offers all the amenities and is well equipped. One advantage is that the place is pet-friendly, so it makes our trips with our dog a lot easier. VG has a very family atmosphere, is safe and has a restaurant with good prices inside (which delivers to the apartment!). We'll be back more often.
